My first boat was a Lowe, so naturally I went back to them looking for a nice large hull to build. Doesn't seem like they have any interest in selling just a boat. They want to sell you massively expensive package. Im sorry guys, but that negates the entire idea of buying an aluminum boat, its supposed to be tough, economical, adaptable. Instead its just another expensive boat in a sea of expensive boats. F'n pointless.....

I’ve got a 1760 roughneck Jon boat. It’s a great boat and I love it and I’ve had it for a long time, but when it comes to warranty issues with welds on their boats the dealers and the lowe company In Lebanon Missouri are the worst Company to deal with. As long as you’re buying they’re happy but when you have a warranty issue the dealer says talk to the factory get permission then talk to us and then the factory says talk to the dealer have them talk to us they are some of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with in my life and they are truly an embarrassment they should be ashamed of how they run their company and how they treat people who bought their product. I’m a pretty handy guy but I don’t ever wanna do anything that would void the warranty because I know How slick dealers can be and it turns out the lowe company is just as slick. But I went ahead and fixed it anyways I need to use my boat it’s Hunting and fishing season. I’m disappointed with the Lowe boat company in Lebanon Missouri. I have done literally everything to get a hold of them numerous times and the only time I got a live person was when I pushed the button that sent you to a salesman if you were wanting to purchase a boat , and as soon as he found out it was about warranty he hung up on me. So I’m just going to keep spreading the word sorry if this pissed some people off but it’s been pissing me off.

I don’t have a engineering degree, but damn pay me his salary and I can at least add thumb or wing nut! Wth carries a screw driver with them? Dig out the tool box for a 2secs anchoring?
