All Law Enforcement City Police,Highway Patrol or State Troopers should have small fleet of solid low profile units such as all black,all white or a combination of several colors to keep the reckless drivers and crim8nals off balance in unique situations such as pursuit cars to be able to slip upon them before they realize the police onto them. Then perform a Pit Manouver etc before the vehicle being pursued realizes a police car is right on top of them. I think a combination of all black or all white all black and other solid colors would serve the low profile vehicle purpose. For Example The California Highway Patrol,has their standard Black and White vehicles,and small fleet of all white armed cars without roof lights they have been using for low profile units as well as high performance pursuit cars,and possibly some all black cars as well?

It’s all a lie. The number one reason why most policing departments switched to the SUV got nothing to do with anything other than resell value. Also, just because a vehicle can achieve those speed does not mean they can be driven at those speeds. A lot of these speeds claimed by the narrator are the speed claimed by the manufacturer as the vehicle top speed based on horsepower and coefficient of the vehicle in a wind tunnel test. Also, most of those vehicle at very high speed has the handling of a brick. And the IROC isn’t on this list.

A lot of police departments are dumping the Chargers and getting the Tahoes. Chargers are good for about 50-60,000 miles and then they are junk. Not my words, but what I've heard from several officers in several departments.

Decent and attractive video idea, but do a little more research. There's no such thing as a 3.7L EcoBoost. I get that those errands may be engagement farming for the comment sectio, but that won't provide and long-term value with car guys.

These numbers are not true. The NCHP had the 9C1 Caprice had a top speed at 160++ the mustang SSP was faster then 150mph

Good luck getting a 2002 camaro up to 160 mph...your going to need a long hill and a heavy tailwind.

Does anyone one else find all these numbers to be inaccurate? the very first suv he says if they put this engine in a Taurus the top speed would be much higher..the very next car is a taurus with a bigger engine, but then he doesn't give correct numbers for the rating on those engines...i'm only 3 minutes in...

Uh, what about the Taurus twin turbo AWD V6? If the n/a 3.7l Taurus making 300hp can run at 147mph, how much faster will the 365hp ecoboost Taurus run. Do your research.
