you don't need to change the abi if u didn't change the contract the network and the explorer should be changed based on what network u r using

I am unable to add exporter to admin page ! error : window.contract.methods.add_Exporter , also admin.js file is empty
the account should be the owner of the contract in order to be able to add exporters and it the same account used to deploy the contract
