Hi, Del Webb only offers Spectrum as the native provider. However, about bringing in a mobile hot spot type of device (I assume that's what you mean), I suppose that's a possibility. I am not sure of the strength of reception in that area for ATT, though.

Hi, unfortunately Landsea doesn't offer any homes with balconies. If that is a feature you prefer, look into Taylor Morrison and K Hovnania . I'll link a couple videos below of homes with balcony's. As for pools, most builders do not offer them as part of the plans but, ones that I'm aware of are Dream Finders and Pulte. Hi, I've provided a link below for you to see the different ratings for each school that is zoned for each covered community. Sanctuary (South Clermont) - Sawgrass Bay Elementary Hills of Minneola (North Clermont) - Minneola Elementary *please note the brand new K-8 Minneola Elementary is being built within the neighborhood and will be finished in 2025 Trinity Lakes - Groveland Elementary Seasons at the Grove - Mascotte Charter www.greatschools.org/florida/clermont/ Of course these ratings don't tell the whole story so I would take it with a grain of salt. As for choosing a different school than the one you are zone, the process is as simple as filling out an application. I just went through this for my children and it was pretty easy. The insurance rate will vary depending on the coverage you want as well as the square footage of your home. I'm not able to give you any exact amount but on average you're looking between $1k - $1.5k annually. Of course it can be lower in some cases.

This particular community caps the sales at 10% of the community that can be under 55+ (and I confirmed they haven't met that threshold yet) but as long as they meet the following conditions: 1) At least one person is 50 years old and 2) No one under 18 is living in the household.

Of course everyone has access regardless of where you live. If proximity/convenience is important though, then these things should at least be up for consideration.
