How does a city council CZcams page have the majority of their videos comment sections disabled? This is an absolute joke. You're supposed to listen to feedback from your communities. But instead you choose to silence. Lt wright is a tyrant on your police force and needs to be held accountable but the city won't even be open to listening. Pathetic

So once you guys started receiving real criticism and people trying to let you know about the disgrace Lt. Wright is, all of a sudden every video has the comments turned off? Isn't this a channel for your community? How are you suppose to hear those criticisms? But you don't actually care about hearing all that. Absolute disgrace

The private sector has been doing live remote meetings for years. This doesn’t need to be overly complicated. Utilize a dial in video conferencing system, have a moderator to mute and unmute each speaker for their allotted time, the speaker would need to be available via video feed only. If they do not have the technological ability, they can wait in line outside city hall and each speaker can utilize a camera in the lobby. E-mails can be written by anyone or any country for that matter.

A live feed on CZcams or Facebook wouldn't be difficult to do ,and would allow a large amount of the constituents to participate in your city council meeting , you could literally have one person read the feed in real time . I also love the email idea with folks wanting to speak on subject matter , but the city would have to address agenda prior to allow people to cc on the subject on the menu . Live feed would probably work better . I haven't seen massive crowds in a lot of city meetings . Wish everyone health and safety R.wilkinson . property owner . Rosella lane.

Certainly an unfortunate event for this particular resident. What the city could consider is during a 12 month period allowing for the adjustment of only one slab leak but adjusting the customer for the greater of the two bills. In this case the customer had a $300 approved adjustment in Feb, and then requested another adjustment for $800 in Sept. I would have adjusted him in the amount of $500 so that he would have been only adjusted for the larger of the two unfortunate events. I think that's a reasonable policy especially since it was stated that some customers will accept a minor $10 adjustment not knowing that they could possibly have an $800 bill if another leak develops. At minimum the City should adjust for sewage charges because that water was not deposited into the sewer system (which we all know is the most expensive part of the water bill). I believe this is done for customers filling their pools with city water if I'm not mistaken. That's my thoughts if they are worth anything! :)

The way this matter affects the city is: Not following codes for building decreases the value of the building. California man meets Florida man.
