it's my last year of highschool,most important year in where i live. I've been preparing and studying for 2 and a half year. and i still don't get any fucking good grade any at all! i have done my exams 2 more left now. I'm so tired so fucking tired i feel like shit i feel like a disappointment and so stupid. all of my friends get higher grades than i do i swear to God I've been trying my best! its just never enough.. so tired so fucking tired.

I remember being in a similar situation as Bart. In my junior year in high school during the time when all of school was on zoom due to the pandemic, I struggled real hard in my geometry class. I struggled mostly because of everything being online and how my teacher taught. About a month or two before school was ending I checked my grades and saw in shock that I had an E in my class. My mom and I talked to my school counselor about it and she explained that if I don’t at least get a 57% on the final I’ll have to take summer school. I was scared but felt determined that I will pass I studied as hard as I could. So for days I would get help from my friends and neighbors to help tutor me for the final by helping me out with the final review packet. With all the help I got, I got all my answers on the review that made me feel confident. However on day of the final, things took a turn. After I did my final I immediately got my score and sadly got a tad below 57%. I tried to keep my head up and at the end of class I talked to my teacher and asked her if there was anyway I passed. She said that she can’t say until she graded everybody’s final. With all pressure I’ve had for days I started to cry. She told me not to cry and focus on my other finals. After school, I cried more and texted my mom about the whole situation. For a while I had a mental breakdown, and after the breaking point I told myself that I now need to focus on calming down so I took a hot shower and after it I got a call from my mom and she told me I passed. “I passed?! How?” Supposedly when I turned in my review packet with everything correct, it showed applied knowledge:).
