One would think that as much marketing as Toyota has done regarding the towing specs on these models that they would have the recievers, hitches, and wiring harnesses available at purchase. Purchased the GH in August 23. Requested the above before taking delivery. Quoted $1400 for parts and install. 6 months later dealer still unable to source parts. Purchased from e trailer. Installed myself and saved $1000. Still havent heard back from Toyota. I have the regular gas engine and am towing a 2500 lb ultra light travel trailer. Wouldn't want to go much higher in weight and avoid towing on windy days. Definitely no mountains. Wasn't expecting a daily driver for towing so my low expectations were met.

This car is amazingly quick and silky-smooth revving. The color has a pearlescent vibe under direct sun, yet glows under cloudy skies. Handling is the of any Toyota, and the Brembo brakes refuse to fade on the track. And off all the inline 6 engines out there, this B58 is legendary and very reliable.

We use a wheelchair and walker in our fam so better cargo space in Rav.
