This example is confusing. Are you saying that you can pick the pack in order to get 180? I thought you couldn’t pick the pack unless you have the correct amount first to meld, meaning 180 in your hand already.

Why is only women playing Canasta? 🙂

You had a two, and you ended up closing out the sixes which had six of them, and you did not close out the jacks that had five jacks and a joker and you could have added the two. I'm wondering if there was a difference in points. And that's why you did the sixes instead of closing out the jacks.

I think this is an excellent series of questions and answers. It would be nice to have all of the series stored together and numbered. You have a picture in blue that says it is about the meld base. But when you click on it, you find out. That is really number one in the question and answer series, so it would be great if you could correct that blue picture and correctly label it as round 1. It would also be great to save these on your Facebook page. Under your file folder and put it under a subfolder for the q and a series. So people don't have to scroll through the post things to find them. I like being able to save the PDF with the questions and the answers. So you can back, go back and review it many times. And it is good to be able to look at it without having to listen to the video. I like listening the first time but then I want to be able to go back and reference it without having to listen from beginning to end. So that is good to have the PDF.

When I looked at your playlist I picked the one that said it was all about the meld base. But when I open it, it seems it's really round one of your question and answer series, so that is very confusing. Shouldn't it be clearly marked as round one of your series rather than having the picture in blue that it is about the meld base?

This doesn't say that it's the first round of the series, and it would be great if you could add that to the title since number two does say it is number two. It also would be great if these files would be saved in facebook under the files folder instead of having to scroll through and find them in the postings.

I think the one thing that you skipped in the tutorial was where to click to see the last three cards played in the discard pile.
