That is the reason Biden was able to undo protections, because they were executive orders instead of laws passed by congress. We have to get enough congress people who prioritize the border, to work with him. He can secure with executive orders. Congress needs to come behind him with bills to make it permanent. Then legal immigration can be revamped to simplify the process. That was Trumps method of governing. He was always trying to decrease red tape. He wanted government to be more efficient, and less bureaucratic.

Hell, I'm in Florida. I'm disabled as my husband is, both at a younger age. Together, we make waaaay under what is required to receive any benefits besides Medicare. I'm not even qualified for Medicaid. The reason? I refuse to lie on the forms. Most that get these benefits get them in the wrong manner. I can barely keep weight on. It pisses me off. We're seen as "able" because we're young with no visible disabilities. The judgments are swift and cut to the core. We even got yelled at by a man in a wheelchair, even though our disability placard was clearly displayed. It's getting worse every election year.

I remember when someone came in with a case where a guy sold him a literal Xbox box. Not the actual xbox unit itself. Yes, the ad was worded in a way where it said something about the box, but for $300. Obviously a scam looking for someone to misread it as the price seemed accurate. Judy dismissed the case because the guy got a box like the ad said. She didn't see anything wrong with the $300 price or question why that didn't make sense.
