    why is this speaker NOT wearing a hair net while in the kitchen and around food? also why is the temp probe inserted into the middle/bottom of the food being checked, yet they will serve from the top portion of the bulk food. the top layer of the food will soon reach room temp if not heated or cooled from above, or the food needs to be stirred up every few minutes to even out the temps
