Cinderella in the Live Action is just basically the stereotype of Cinderella, a girl with no backbone, and that's it. OG Cinderella was kind, but she didn't take disrespect. Anytime her stepsisters said something about her, she was annoyed and said something back. The stepmother was clever to not be outright horrible to her so that she had control over Cinderella.

This was my FAVORITE movie as a kid. I think I just liked the voice of Beast Boys voice actor

In the original storyboard for this movie, Chief was actually supposed to die when he was hit by the train. They ultimately decided that this was too graphic, but it also makes Amos the hunter's motivations a bit less clear. He was originally out for revenge for his dead dog, & it makes Copper's attitude more understandable too when you remember that Chief was like a father to him, & Copper believes that the reason he died is because he let Todd go. I understand why they would want to omit a character death, but honestly it kinda takes away from the story & I wish they hadnt

The hardest thing about this movie is that Copper had a job, he was raised to be what he was. But Todd was kept pent up, & expected to deny what he was. It makes me empathize with Todd a lot more, because he was a wild animal forced to live in domestic settings. It would be just as hard for him to adjust to those settings as a child as it would be for him to leave them as an adult.

With Ysma being the one that actually raised Kuzko, it’s no surprise he turned out like this. Unfortunately for her, he became too much like her.

The world needs men like Pacha.

Would you agree that Pacha is a downright saint. He had every right to leave him to his fate after what Kuzko did to him. And yet, he still save him at every opportunity and tolerate his behavior toward him. Most people in his position would have snap and ditch Kusco into the wild. I know I would. Pacha is what an actual nice guy is.

I don't think there's anything deeper about the one guard going home because he got turned into a cow. It's basically surreal/absurdist humor, where the joke is just how unexpected it is. You know all the guards just got turned into animals, and of course Yzma doesn't give a damn and keeps ordering them to kill the protagonists... But nobody could predict one of the guards would suddenly acknowledge how crazy it is that he was just transformed into a cow and ask to be excused, and then your expectations are defied again when Yzma responds with an uncharacteristic amount of compassion by actually granting that request. And then your expectations get absolutely smeared a THIRD time in 10 seconds when the other guards, who you would think have every bit as much reason to want to go home as the one who turned into a cow, actually are all good and ready to get right back into things. In other words it's just funny because "by all accounts, it doesn't make any sense"

It'd be interesting to see Disney adapt more novels. I always w😊ished they made "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" an animated musical.

Those traps ain't just scare for animals, people can get caught in them too. I've heard stories of kids and adults getting caught in them, and it can be really bad depending on environmental conditions. Potentially a death sentence even.

You probably know this already, bu the first Lion king drew inspiration from Hamlet and this one drew inspiration from Romeo and Juliet. That's why the entire story was "us vs them but loooooove will unite the families!" the only difference is they don't die at the end lol.

I adore this movie and as someone who wants you to keep viewing this with cuteness, do NOT look into the book. It's very different and so much darker. Disney did the right thing in changing it.

From the first person: I'm crying There were few non-narcotic cartoons in childhood. And the saying is still relevant: the mice cried, but ate the cactus. It's the same with this cartoon. They're incredibly cute, but I'm crying anyway Т_Т

I'd have to say Yzma is my favorite, because she's voiced by the wonderful Eartha Kitt. I'm old enough to remember her as Catwoman is the delightfully campy 1960s 'Batman' series starring Adam West. Also, she recorded the only decent version of the satirical song 'Santa Baby'.

Wendie Malick, who plays Chicha, went on to be the voice of Eda on "Owl House." Same sort of vibes...if less cleaning.

You know, seeing how you liked the songs, I 100% recommend you to listen to the songs in the Latin Spanish dub. Manuel Mijares, the singer, has a BEAUTIFUL voice and I'm not gonna lie, I prefer his versions over the original, you just want him to keep singing. lol The singers for Miguel and Tulio's song are awesome too! Normally I like the original version as much as the dub (because it is the original, and usually it is good because of that), but in this case in particular I like the dub so much more... Maybe I'm biased because I grew up with that dub oooor maybe I'm not, tell me what you think if you do listen to them. xD
