you show the brutality of law enforcement. This may be correct but isn't all. C.O.P. citizen on Patrol a person hired and trained not only to keep the peace but to help those in need. Today we have governments Federal, state, and local who wish Peace. BUT the real people of God is the depth of that step. I have been approached and visited by many C.O.P. but few know their real meaning , Psalms 82: 3,4 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

after 24 years most of it working North County St Louis. I am now a school resource officer in southern Missouri. HOME for me where I grew up. Kids ask me, "should I be a cop?".. I tell them "NO!" Not today.. Unless you are prepared to be Judged by everyone and looked down on and be a political weapon, be yelled at and screamed at, called names and cursed at and blamed for so many things. They tell me, "You did it" ..................I tell them my 8 years as a Navy Corpsman helped me be the person I am today, and with that I am able to a Cop.
I was one of those men who wanted to be a cop, as a teenager, until Ferguson. Once those happened and the media turned against cops, I knew i would be a target. I could take it, but my family deserves better. Thanks for what sacreifices you've made.
@@SeanWinters I was there During Ferguson both years and many other places around St Louis County. It was a very bad time.
@@willmartin792 Thanks for doing what you could, I couldn't make the sacrifice, but hopefully my work with CCTV helps the blue with their jobs a bit easier.

Keep your head up... many patrol officers could not/would not do your job.. I'm a firm believer that all officers should do at least 1 year in lockup.. that way they truly understand where they're taking people...

If you can't find your way just see one of them they will show you the way. If your car is broken down, or in a wreck they will come to help you. When you have those that are out to rob, kill and they are looking at you. There is a heart of blue that will step into danger to protect you. So you can go back to your family and friends. Placing themselves in harm's way. Not knowing if they are gone to make it back today to their family and friends. In times like that their pay isn't really enough. They are human so they have PSTD, bad days they can't show. They have lost those that were shot and died, when they mourn they still stand tall. Watching a hearse trying not to cry. Treat them with respect, and obey what they say when you hear. They are true blue. What about you?
