WAY TOO MUCH COLOGNE IN THE NEW IRISH SPRING! It makes me itch like crazy....awful change! Stupid marketing company came in and RUINED it. If I wanted to smell like cologne, I would put some on. The clean smell is gone.

Hey, I had the surgery could not take it anymore. Trying to compensate I ended up with tarsal tunnel. Tried shots and all. Since surgery no more problems. Thank you Lord.

I don't think the new stuff is 'manly'--but it's not the same as it used to be. I don't like it much. From the mid 1990s until maybe 5 or 6 years ago, I was using lever 2000. To me, it had a nice lather and a gentle 'unisex' cologne type odor. Then they moved production of it to Mexico, it stopped lathering well and it has pretty much no odor. Many others noticed the same. To me, Lever 2k is basically like cheapo hotel soap. So I switched to dial white bar 'fresh rain' scent--and they ruined it by changing that odor to hospital mop solution (others noticed this too). The soap makers are all cheaping out, probably putting weird chemicals into all of them. I wish I could go back 30 years, I'd buy like 250 dollars worth of bar soap, maybe more had I known they'd ruin all of them.
