Its adjustable in instrument by knob of time. Also it depends what are you doing on water bath.

I think its not from the supplier it's a part of GLP that we put color code for the safety purpose and write down in our lab log
What if accidentally someone is exposed to uv c light in laminar flow hood and is pregnant
not any research has been done on it but it can effective for a lady who is pregnant or may not very effective
What is COA and MSD?
COA= certificate of analysis MSD= Material safety data
What is COA and MSD?
COA Stands for certificate of analysis which means with each lot of chemical you receive in lab the supplier will give you the product testing details as COA MSDS means material safety data sheet which is what precautions and safety measures you need while handling and use of this product

thanks for asking, Dear, we don't apply any formula for simple counting colonies. If we have done any test and after incubation of testing process, we are counting then yes we can apply relevant formula.
