This video would have benefited from a video clip instead of frames of the theft, as we're left taking your word for the intervals of time. Regardless, I think it's a good video with a positive message. Personally I think if you've got the money for that bike, just get one of those super cool electric unicycles instead, and never leave it out to get stolen.

This bike is like all of my bikes it will be with CALIPER brakes, meaning that the wheel can be easily removed so to say one way to avoid getting you bicycle stolen, is to remove the front wheel and take it with you. The point is nobody is going to steel a bike with a missing front wheel. A thief want's to get away as quickly as possible.

Hey I recently bought a bike with a 700c Alloy frame and 700c x 25c tyres. But I feel the tyres are too skinny , I really want them thicker and wider. Is it possible? And how thick can I go? Also , the wheels feel kind of too big , is it possible to also make my wheels smaller? Sorry I know nothing about bikes. The big skinny tyres just makes me feel awkard and unbalanced

After this product, I’ve stopped buying polar products, it seams to me when you buy a Polar product, they have a expiration date, it has happened to me with sports watches aswell their product just don’t last they seam to have a catch like this one it’s designed for you not to change the battery 😅! Being thrifty and sustainable are admirable. Yet, when I bring my Pinarello into a local bike shop I feel how blessed I am and feel a need to be generous to my local merchants who have tight finacial margins. I ecourage us as blessed bike owners to offer at least a few dollars for the "free" to you services and merchandise that did cost the local bike shop something to acquire, inventory, and staff for you. Generousity and thankfulness are also admirable.

You need to replace your tires every 3000~3500 miles. It could be dangerous since the tread is gone and the compound has lost it's thickness.

Lol. You must be kinda new to road bikes. Get this. 600 is a great groupset. The thing is bikes like these were a dime a dozen. The rare gems are the early 70s japanese bikes like the miyata p-1 or p-2. Super rare these days and competed in the same markets against peugeots and raleighs and cinelli. Miyata ended up manufacturing for most companies because of those early release bikes they made.

I have an 08 x5 with 209k miles that has the 3.0 si. No check engine lights or anything but I think the transfer case is going out…..once in a while it will have a hard jerking at steady speed which will trigger the trio of traction lights and I know only my back wheels turn(I just got stuck in the mud). Other than that the car is in beautiful shape inside and out and drives so smoothly…..can I keep driving on a bad transfer case? I would appreciate you so much if you are able to reply. Thanks alot

Omg this video literally saved me from walking to work today all i had to do was use tweezers to twist the metal rectangle inside the valve and all air stopped leaking out immediately after it turned thanks so much big help

My experience has been this. I didn't even know what a Presta valve was, nor that a Schrader valve was called Schrader my entire life until I bought my most recent bike. For the past few years since I've gotten that bike, the Presta Valves bend, the device inside the pump to push the valve down has broken, I've had valves "go bad", and I've come to find out that tubes with Presta valves need to be filled with air about three times as much as Schrader valves. I've had multiple tubes and multiple valves. I have no idea how the bicycle industry was sold this bill of goods. It's added complexity with no benefit -at all.

Lol, good video. I have many bikes that live outside, like the dog. Sometimes rust, grease and dust, these things bind the mechanism. I use * PB Blaster * Teflon Infused Oil * Gun Oil * Dry Lube * Chain Oil * Alcohol then Oil * Anything to clean the grime and crystals then Lubricate Take your bike apart often and it will come apart easy

I tightened the from arms and now they won't retract after apply the brake. I have bathe the brake arm with oil hoping it will loosen but it won't budge. im afraid to hit it with a hammer to get them out. any suggestions?

I got this issue i guess because i put a lot of load on my pedale, the thing is even tho i know it is better to have less load but faster rotation i kinda prefer the other way, since you can reach high speed with low amount of effort. I usually do it on a flat surface tho, not when climbing. The thing is the transmission pieces are new and it happen randomly with no pattern else than putting some load (not much tho). Any idea ?

I have that derailer on my 1980 Raleigh Grand Prix, purchased when I was 16. I'm 6o now. It is still going strong. It adapted very well to a modern wheel with 7-speed cassette. The new hub is 0.5 cm wider than the original, so I have to 'spring' the frame to install it. I have not performed the 'cold set' adjustment to permanently widen the frame, but it isn't complicated, just not necessary. Anyway, it was simple to adjust the derailer to the 7-sp cassette. Relatively light modern wheels and the new cassette were great additions to the old bike. I immediately noticed much more rushing wind noise when riding. Modern long-reach Tektro brakes and hoods were other good upgrades.

You are using them on the outside of the tire? It's a tube patch not a tire patch. Good grief.
