Fuck! I didnt know Todd could do some of those impossible notes that Midnight was able to slay. Holy shit, man!!
Whats the story behind why there were two singers?
Still fuckin badass Jon!!!
Lol LaTorre has made a career taking over for vocal legends
3:11 until 3:38😍😍😍
Here I am, visiting the "1989" Transcendence album... Only to hear Todd.
This literally brought me to tears, so missed this
Who is the third/extra guitarist? My first guess is the late Matt Laporte?
Jon is such a cool guy to spend time like that with the fans like that! Wish I was there! Awesome video!
Thank you!
Wow, I wish I had heard about this band back in the 80s. I am such a fan of this band now. I have practiced most of their songs and they are so instrumental. And grooving at the same time. Maybe I'll start a Crimson Glory tribute 😂❤
Putain mais qu est ce que j aime ce titre et cette reprise est énorme 🤘🤘🤘un de mes titres préférés
This is one of my all time favorite albums😎🔥
I don't take away his credit, but midnight was the best of all
Also , who wrote those gorgeous melodies? - not you Todd !
Nonsense Midnight sang perfectly live on the first two tours Just watch Holland 1986 or Florida 1988 pro shot videos
Hey John it's the Tinman just dropped in to say hello hope all is good me and Ben are going to see Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie in Tampa at the end of the month if you're going maybe we can meet up? Take care 🤘🤘🎸
Even those two great singers can't reach the preternatural level of Midnight. Fiercely missed - never Forgotten.
Jon I tried reaching out to your response. But I was rejected. Sad to say but we are what is left of any kind of following. You need to get back up and finish this. For the fans and your band mates. Fuck Todd. Find someone. If not put a total completion together. I think your one of the best lead guitar players ever. Make it . Take it. Get it right forever
Sad that nothing came from this. But you never know. Maybe a huge cd compilation maybe coming. Always loved your guitar work Jon. Big influence
Thank you!
Brutal Legend brought me here! 🤓🤘

Sound fucking good!!
I love the band ever!!
Todd is badass. If Crimson Glory wanted to get back on that stage again, and he couldn’t do it, I put my hat in!
Love this song JD killing it Hope ur doing great my friend!!
He bears no similarity here to what he has done recently. And Queensryche was very similar in vocals up to this point in Crimson Glorys career
I liked that voice in crimson glory!!
ZOV*
One of my all-time favorite bands C.G., I'm originally from Florida and moved to the Bay Area 25 years ago and must say midnight's vocal talents are freaking out-of-this-world and only geoff tate comes close from Queensryche (rage for order era) and it doesn't surprise me that Todd replaced geoff in QR, I also have to say I miss seeing the masks from the first two albums in these live concert pictures! Jon I really hope you find a new singer and carry on with that sound from the first two albums, Metal Church found a new singer I know you can too!! C.G. Forever!!! Savatage and Nasty Savage also rule florida 80's metal!!
I wish Todd's renditions were officially released. Sound more powerful to me than the original. Incredible as with everything he's done so far.
Todd's great, but come on.
don't think anyone could do a better job! sound quality is really bad though but it's an old video
There's many more that can do better
Love❤️❤️
I can't even explain what it was like for a 16-year-old boy behind the Iron Curtain to listen to this masterpiece album. I'm 49 now and still get chills every time I play the disc on my stereo. There is no bigger magic than true music and passion. Thank you, Crimson Glory.
That’s a great story! Thank you! 🤘❤️🤘
@@jondrenning I thank you for the music and strength that you and your band have given me. Thank you !
3:11 👀 👀 👀 💣
CRIMSON GLORY RULES and Will Forever!!!!Respect ❤️🤘❤️
I'm in love with his voice
Great job Todd you should have stayed around bro cg forever rio John Patric McDonald loved missed always great job Todd kjc London KY USA
Great rendition
Jon, just get one of these two guys and get the band to tour again, PLEASE! We desperately need that!
We desperately need a new tour of Crimson Glory in Europe with Todd or Wade Black, and hopefully a new album!
"In Dark Places" is my very favorite song, Todd is no longer part of the band and Minght will probably not be replaced anymore.
Todd is technically a great vocalist with an impressive range but Midnight's vibrato, phrasing, and emotional intensity gave a depth and impact to his vocals that few if any can equal. This is not to slight Todd, only to stress how unique Midnight's talent really was. He had a way of making the audience feel the song, not just hear it. That's a rare talent that can't be taught and few possess. The late jazz legend Billie Holiday had a similar haunting quality to her voice albeit with an entirely different style. Its tragic that both of them were gone far too soon.
