    I made this, really good. Reduce the suger if u want, tast not sweet, very suitable with strawberry jam. When I do double cream cake, I choose this one and chocolate matcha cream on top, suprisely go very well together.

    i was turned off by this channel. I am an avid cook and baker but never use chocolate. I prefer citrus and fresh fruits, lighter fare and frandly, less calories. I had no idea that this melted chocolate with milk would remain liquid when it cooled down. I thought, since I never use chocolate, that it would harden up when cooled so I added it to the whipped cream while it was still warm. It ruined it. This happened to be an important step in preparing this but the arrogant preferred to remain silent. I checked off "do not recommend this channel", wil not use any of it's recipes as really good ones are a dime a dozen.

    I thought of ideas for this recipe. 1) Vanilla milk ice pops 2) Cookies and cream milk ice pops 3) Chocolate milk ice pops and 4) Strawberry milk ice pops - Mix the egg yolks, flavoured milk, milk powder (either flavoured or regular, your choice), sugar, and condensed milk - Stir at medium heat until thickened - Pour into a bowl through a strainer - Add the chocolate with the matching flavour you are using and stir until mixed - Chill for 3 hours under a plastic wrap - Beat the whipping cream and stir into the mixture - Transfer to the ice pop mould and freeze Differences: 1) Vanilla milk, white chocolate or vanilla candy coating 2) Cookies and cream milk (or milk and Oreos blended), pieces of a Hershey's cookies and cream bar 3) Chocolate milk, milk chocolate 4) Strawberry milk, pink or ruby chocolate
