Hi Jim, thanks for the shout out to Rim. I love the verse "cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you." I agree that the anxieties of this world can cause all sorts of physical problems. I know myself anxiety drains my energy. I will keep believing this powerful verse. Amen
