Im torn on the wheels, draglites are way too cool on foxbodies, but those new wheels look oem+ which is my other auto fetish lol. Supercharge it. Turbos are sweet, but in ontario its way too easy to lose your license, and it sucks not being able to even spool up without looking around for heat first. You can still have a good ET, cool noises, and more fun at mosport and on ontario streets where you can lose your license for shifting too high in the rpms.

Drove my 01 Porsche 996 Twin Turbo for 13 years. Other than standard maintenance, oil, brakes, tires, etc, the only thing I ever replaced was the cracked anti freeze coolant reservoir. Car was bullet proof...

take a look at the rims of the skyline yes a japaense car, i like the rims on that car, it would look great on any mustang.

i have zero problems with the tires whatesoever, i have a huge problm with the silver rims whatever you call them, sorry, anyways, i think it should have more flare it looks so cheap unappealing no desgn etc even the corvette has the plain look as well what gves.

Just try to redo the convertible top......Pain in the butt. I am lucky that my car has bc collector plates and no a spot of rust and all original paint form 93. Only thing it needed is a paint polish/correction. 205 HP of pure muscle madness.

This doesnt make sense. Those were clearly RPM/Frankenstien heads. They have done literally thousands of C6Zs and I have never read or seen a problem about the heads being "over ported". so would you kindly explain what the issue was and how it was effecting the car ? I dont think this is fair to Race Proven Motorsports to bash their heads without an explaination of what happened.

As much as I love my 64 Nova, part of me thinks that hobby cars are a lousy investment from a financial standpoint. Unless it is something really rare, you usually end up with more money in it than you can sell it for. I bought my car as a teenager with a 3k budget. If I had more money to spend upfront on a project car, I could have bought a car that was a better starting point and saved in the long run. Now that I have alot of money tied up in it years later, I sometimes think that it would have been cheaper to buy a finished car to start with than to build my car. lol

I am 15 seconds in, and I already agree with you. Thus, why I haven't rushed to buy a foxbody. I will wait until I have money to do all things the car needs and all things I want to do with the car. Nothing is more depressing than having a hot rod that you can't modify or work on because you your money went into just purchasing the car. Patience my friends, you will thank yourself years down the road.
