A wonderful video...Im such an Oakley fan...I adore your collection...Please can you tell me,are Romeos or juliet xx a bit more comfortable or the temples push in much like the normal juliets?
oakley was acouired by lauxotica laxautoica removed all titanium frames from oakley people in the world... wine and cry. china: Fine, I'll Do it Myself.
You are a collector and you don't know what metal the Oakley Juliet are made off? Also pronouncing it "Joliet"... You can Google it for pronunciation. Geez...
Get it out of the car, the new project NEEDS it! Another suggested example for Porotech DPT.❤
That is Awesome!! Who did it??
Thank you for this. I didn’t see those dimples. Was about to change out the lead ends.
Great video 👍 Any update after using it? Any leaks?
Wow, that's an awesome installation! Thanks for sharing this!
I love the color!
Nice but your can't hear you
Il me le faut pour ma moto
I own 3 juliet, 1 squared and 2 magswitch. All original. With the juliet the rivets on the nose bridge are a pain. Really. Wearing them every day and in one year, the bridge will go loose. I have a Japanese kit to replace them, but it's a precise work. You must pay attention. Now the price are incredible. I own a Ducati juliet, I think we are reaching now 1000€.... The replica if builded correctly can be useful. I just bought a Romeo replica (called Ethan, from the CANRAE company) Once in my hand I'll post a complete review. Ps: the CANRAE model, seems exactly the same. Thay are builded using also torx screw, and this is rare.
Major dive into this myself and I'm seeing what you're saying curious what you're doing now with your memory foam. That's the problem I'm having I don't know why the leakage is such an issue but I can't see anyone doing evaporative cooling
Pp plss I am intrastad plss pp
Whats the update after using it?
Xsquared if you remembered
Will the original could lens fits on replica frame you think?
can you send a link to where one can find the bottom left pair of glasses? Thank you
Where can I send mine to get it done? I’m in California
I feel like the difference of the X-Metal original vs. replica/fake pairs is like looking at a person with naturally good looks vs. a person who's done botox to look better. Although the 2nd person might look better, there's something that doesn't feel right about it.
It’s a not hard to say wich one is original and wich one is replica……At all…? Wearing all my x metal glasses on daily basis and never will put any replica on my head instead……I don’t really understand the purpose of this video, to be honest…..There is no " almost perfect " replica of x metal series, btw…..
Those replicas are absolute Junk and completely uncomparrable to the real X-Metal line. You are attempting to make this all sound as pretty as possible, yet you are full of shit :)
J'ai essayé mais ça n'a pas marché Je dois faire comment Merci
You're doing a huge disservice to oakley and the community. You obviously are obsessed with their design but choose to horde fakes? I'm lost. Trash them all. Look at how many cockroaches you attracted. All these people in the comment section trying to find fakes. Disgusting Oh PS why he doesn't know how to pronounce Juliets is because he has never purchased a pair in his entire life.
Can u post the link please?
Any links where I can buy the Juliets?
I can see where component marked R002 on the board looks scorched or burnt up...Is it possible to get my hands on just that part? Elsewhere on the board are the letters GEM...Would this be the manufacturer?
You could use carriage bolts.
Ebay link for the Romeos?
I have the original Juliets and it's a pain to have the rivets removed to replace the rubber gaskets, I wish the originals had screws instead.
They are actually quite easy to fix. You can get a "Eyeglasse Screw Extractor Puller" off of Ebay for around 20$-30$. This will push the pin out, and allow you to put the new one in. There are a few videos on how to do it. You can watch the Linegear video. But, they charge like 80$ for the same thing you can get on ebay to do it. You would just need to order the nosebridge rubber piece and the rivets.
Too bad you cry baby. Cry more type less
I appreciate the video, but it doesn’t help to know how good of a replica you found if we don’t know where to buy.. Is there a link you can provide?
This just happened to me in my 2019 Bolt on Sunday. I had wiped the screen off with an LCD wipe to clear off some dust and I inadvertently turned on the seat heater. Nothing I could do would turn it off, although the button beeped whenever pressed, as in your video. Turning off the car then turning it back on and everything worked fine afterwards.
Can your guy do mine? If so how much dose he charge? I’m in California too!
I bet they have better drawbars than the Retail badmans I have, absolute junk from Oakley, really disappointing.
Jollyettes!!!!???? C'mon man
Foakley Jollyettes
Please,it’s juliet as in Romeo and Juliet.
Hi, i'm very intrested to buy some replicas to verify if they are that good, and then maybe buy a real pair of juliets; can you link me from who you buy those replicas? thanks
Is the polarized quality?...
Were did you buy them?...
@@flamaest Hi Fabian!!... A ultimate question... You would buy an original 1999 Juliet with the slightly worn polarized lenses for 165 dollars... Or some replicas... Like Juliet or X Square plasma ice iridum?...
Thanks for the video. Please do an update! I have 2 ooler units that were quite a bit more money, and they were great when the warranty was there ( probably 4-5 replacements over two years ) now that one has crapped out with no warranty, I’m exercising my options.
Thank you for taking the time to share your initial impressions and thoughts on the device in such detail. Due to the hot weather we're currently having around here in northern Europe, I too have been looking into bed cooling systems and I too stumbled upon this device. These kind of systems are almost completely non existent around here. Your description was super helpful as I don't believe that there exists manual for this device online. I was especially interested in what voltage does this run on. I ordered mine through eBay couple of days ago just hoping that there would be a power brick which, if necessary, could be replaced with something supporting 230V outlets. I did try to reach the company through email but got no reply yet. It was also nice that you approximated the dimensions of the device as the images on their website are not that descriptive. I did a bit more "research" on the company and found out that it seems that the same guy might be behind both Mattress Cooler USA and Cool Buddy USA websites. The company is called Pearland Imports LLC. Both of these sites seem to offer mattress cooling devices but their product offering is a bit different to each other. I found this a bit weird but whatever. Also, if one searches "mattress cooler deluxe" on Google image search it seems that the company (mattress cooler) had a thermoelectric cooler before (a big white box with and without mattress cooler text on top, depending on the source of image). Was this the older model you told about? Good to hear you got a good impression talking to the company. I think you make a good point as less water in the system being a pro. Although I believe that if the water volume inside the mattress itself gets into your bed it'll be quite devastating too. It seems that people have had terrible experience on Amazon with their similar cooling mattresses on other devices developing small leaks and their bed mattresses starting to grow mold. The review images of leaked pads made me want to purchase water proof sheets to go under the pad. It seems that many did not consider that the pads are a consumable and must be replaced couple of times a year. I felt a bit bad about having to keep throwing away pads and also ordered a more durable looking mesh mattress from Chilipad which I think I'll hack into the system using one of their extension hoses. It will probably inhibit the systems cooling effectiveness somewhat but hopefully is more durable. Let's see. Btw, the original cooling pads that mattress coolers devices come with are available on Alibaba too. I look forward to your update on how the device has performed for you!
How did your hack go? Very interested in travelling the same path
Hi, how do you like the cooler so far?
Thanks, Fabian! I'm really looking forward to your review once you have used the unit. I have a brand new mattress from posture-pedic. It's great for support, but I've never had trouble getting too warm in bed until this mattress arrived. I get so warm I get a stomach ache that lasts for hours. It's supportive and feels nice, except the mattress holds so much heat where I'm in contact with it. I work at a hospital and we have a similar type of mattress pad heating/cooling unit called a Blanketrol. I wish I had one for home use, but this works in a similar way. I hope you can do an update soon, as I'm debating trying to send back my otherwise comfortable mattress and just trying to sleep on my air mattress I use for camping.
Can we use these mini pc's for downloading media and seeding station for torrents ?
Yes.
A brilliant device, Fabian! That is your subwoofer that you are pressing against on the right side of the trunk.
