Hi, 1-Is there a way to create a PowerApp (or something similar) that would feed job postings into a section of the CFT? 2-Can a community forum be set up to force users to create a profile to access? In other words, can there be controlled access limitations to a CFT?

Hi, I have a problem with items that are being deleted from Outlook is now also being deleted within CRM (Retention policy on Outlook deletes synced activities after 6 months (phone calls, tasks). Any way to solve this while still being able to sync appointments from Outlook to CRM?
Hi Knut, Is this happening only for Appointments or across all activity types?
@@TotalCRM It only happens with the activities that were synced to Outlook from CRM. Those are phone calls and tasks. We have one fix which is turning ACT off, but then the users cannot sync meetings from Outlook to CRM =/.
