      Hi there, it is Kundalini Yoga so there are invigorating kriyas that engage specific muscles, target the glands/organs, and brighten the energy!

    Great video, thanks! 💙 Heads up, the adverts come on at really awkward times, it happened a few times where I was in the middle of breath of fire and then a 30 second adverts would come on and I’d have to pause to skip it, I think you can set it up so the ads run at the start & or end 👍
