Thanks for the video... I got a cheap aftermarket replacement hose, but it was not a good fit and still leaking. The old one looked good except for the O-ring which was damaged. So I took the O-ring from the new one and fitted it to the old hose... everything is perfect now! Thanks to your video, I had someone with me who had his thumb on the cooler connector, so the spill was minimized.
Nice video, helps me out with my colt czc that i want to do this to. One thing though, always make sure that you can undo the filler plug first before draining the oil. You don't want to find its seized. Ask me how I know lol.

If it helps, I have a 2009 1.3L cleartec and it uses 75W-90. But it varies across engine variants so just cal up a mitsubishi dealer and they’ll tell you for free!
I have, colt 1.3 hatchback, on the toolbar. When I'm rolling in D mode, R is blinks and then have a vibration, can u help ? Thanks a lot

Is it common for these to break? I’ve had an ongoing leak repaired. All was good until yesterday. The end of the hose that goes to the thermostat housing blew off, one of the clip parts has broke off. Doesn’t seem to be held on by anything other than this little clip/prong.

The same issue in 2014 corsa d with a14xer. This small oring could cause quite big problem.

My QQ-09 blower motor was making horrible noise on higher speeds. Then it completely stopped working. Took it out, disassembled it and found one of the copper bearings damaged (one towards the fan, probably due to bumpy rides and the fact that the motor is positioned horizontally). Replaced the copper bearing with one from a scrapped motor, motor fixed for free. Also the resistor unit was not working (failure of the motor bearing meant its rotor shorted with the case, resulting in overheating of the mosfet in the resistor unit). Replaced a 140°C thermal fuse inside, sourced one from a scrapped microwave owen (it must be electrically insulated from the heatsink!). A couple of hours job, saved 170 bucks if I would have bought both parts second hand, or 415€ + labor at the local Nissan dealer!!!

You can find copper or bronze bearings/bushes in induction motors, like the ones used in floor fans.

Hello man,can you can help me with some advice? I have a 2008 colt 1.3 with manual gearbox..and I can only change just to 4 and fifth gear,the first and second one ..not letting me to change, Also,the gearbox it's not doing weird crank noises like..(when you don't press completly the clutch) Sorry for bad english though
I've just had this problem took about 3 days to realise it was actually this coolant pipe 😄. But it's all fixed now
I changed the 2 o-rings inside it for a total cost of € 0.50 and everything was back in place.
you found two o rings to replace? mine is leaking I took the clip out and pulled the hose off but only found one o ring.
@@TheRossMinchevFiles Yes, there are 2 o-rings. The first is on the flange, under the metal stop. The second is inside the plastic connection of the return (the clip) which unhooks the return pipe of the antifreeze liquid in the tray.

@@DaBawski I'm going by heart, because having many o-rings in the various bags I don't remember exactly the exact size.. it should be internal 9x1.5mm Or something there... at min. 5.25 you see the new black tube. the gasket is under the cone of the attachment with a steel stop...
