The fact they put in add-ons with Eze’ release clause is an absolute masterclass from Parish! A release clause has to be matched exactly. If no one knows what the addons are exactly then they can’t activate his release clause. and if they know what the add-ons are then palace can realistically accuse the clubs of tapping up the player or his entourage. Which will force the teams to offer over the odds for Eze and give us the ability to decide his fate.

Austrian here who follows Glasner ever since Kamada will not be "an option from the bench" under Glasner....For "Glasner ball in full effect" you need at least 15-16 as core of players who are playing regulary in the starting 11 and Kamada will be one of those - for my understanding "an option from the bench" is not part of that core of potential starting 11 players but just a "substitute" who might got some minutes here and there due to an injured player during the game or something unexpected happened during the game which needs a tactical change or for the situation when a game is already decided to give a player on the field a rest and Kamada wasn´t picked for Palace to fulfill that role. I expect way more intensity (tempo) in Crystal Palace´s play under Glasner for next season than it was in this half season so as consequence there has to be also way more rotation in the squad in behalf of who is in the starting eleven in order to keep the physical + mental freshness in the team and to avoid muscle injuries due to overloading... So you need for rotation at least in the key positions equal players for that spot in order to hold up to the quality of the performance week after week and Kamada is for the position direct behind the striker that guy = in Frankfurt he had lot of assists and also goals playing almost every game under Glasner (because in Germany are way less games + at least 4 weeks Winter break therefore players are not that strained as like as in the PL) so Glasner knows exactly what to expect from him therefore he wanted him to join Palace and that - for sure - was not "to be an option from the bench" but to push the performances of Oliseh + Eze while those push Kamada´s (if both Oliseh + Eze or one of those 2 are not leaving the club anyway during summer = but for that scenario Kamada is then a direct replacement). .....and Kamada already knows exactly what Glasner wants from his players = So Kamada will be in the starting 11 either for Oliseh or for Eze when Glasner decides one of those need a break and vice versa which will be way more often than you might think due to the high number of games and due to the intensity Glasner likes to have in his play in order to keep the physical + mental freshness and also the hunger to win games high amongst his players
