Great job, kid! This version is one of my favorite Hendrix numbers of all time and its awesome to see youngsters like you carrying on the tradition. My only suggestion is keep the nerves under control and slow it down just a tad. Its such a beautifully soulful tune and Jimi takes it slow and easy.

Love the Strat. I do this. More of a jam version. I play drums and bass in em. And do vocal tracks. Just for fun. I love Jimi. But I’m still trying to add myself in all I do. With a Hendrix kinda feel. He’s the King. Frank Marino does him amazing. The dvd he released is unbelievable. He does backwards guitar live. Only one I ever saw pull that off. Randy Hansen grat at Jimi also. Vocal and guitar feel. Rock on my friend. Sounds cool!
