Does anyone know of a source of seat rails very similar to these if not the same for a 65 Chevelle SS as the rolling wheel and bearings are the same? Not new rails but just old stock but in very good condition, please?
Hey I don't know how about you actually show how you got the damn thing off you fool delete this damn video it shows us nothing you fool I have clicked on six ship videos now to figure out how to replace this goddamn Dash and none of them show how to do it what is wrong with you fools is it April fools or something cuz I'm just not sure what's going on here
THANK YOU...for sharing. This video was right on time for me :) my tracks are rusty and wanted to sandblast and paint but wasn't sure how they came apart...after watching...went to the garage and bingo they came apart as you described...Thank you.
How was final fit and finish? Is this an OER brand? I've heard the ends dont fit well on a lot of these dash pads. I'm about to purchase one so I really need to know if the oer one is worth it. BTW , good job on video. 👍🤙
it looks great. it's an OER part 7642894. just an fyi. was in a friend's 68 and the right and left sides were curling up. right at the pillar. he is not sure what brand. if I was the manufacturer I would add more areas to bolt down. mine is still in the garage and has not seen sunlight yet. I will keep a window visor in on hot days for sure.
Did your dash pad not come with the sides?
67 dash pads dont have sides. 68 I believe does.
@@petemoss100 yea mine had them but have researched and realized the prior owner put a 68 dash in my 67
Thank you sooooo much!!!!!
Its not dumb when you've never seen one apart. Much Thanks.
Glad to help.
Nice, thanks.

I have been looking for a video and I only found your video, thanks, it helped.
That's awesome. Glad to help. Half the stuff I do has been from other videos on CZcams. So thank you all.
Nice, are you going to do some more videos?
good job ,very few videos on GM tracks
Do you have a video on how you got them together? I'm having a heck of a time. Any help is appreciated.
I don't have a video. I think it went back together easy. Don't force it. If it's hard to do something must be off or missing.
I need these roller bearing for 70 tracks. I dont even know where to get them. Does the 69 bearings work in those?
I would try Camaro Central or Rick's. I'm not sure if the tracks are the same.
@@petemoss100 They are not the same tracks but the bearings might be.
Thank you for putting this out there. I needed to see it. Dealing with my seat track right now. Kudos
It may be all you got, but it was more than I knew! Thank you so much!!

thanks for video, currently i am trying to remove dash pad but I don't want to cut any thing,do you know the size of mounting nuts?
FAISAL ALMAJED not sure, they were speed nuts.
petemoss100 good news, just removed today all nuts are 10 mm 😎
FAISAL ALMAJED I went with the long hex nut for the replacements. Way easier to reach and tighten
great job you didnt show anything of how you got it off you should have just used a torch that video is useless
Meant to say there are no videos out there. This is just a visual. Hope it helps
