Best video so far but unfortunately mine still won't budge. The bed's from Wayfair here in the UK, and these are my second set of pistons/lifts. The instructions have them the other way round, which seems contrary to all instructions out there, so yeah - who knows. Left is raised with the mattress on to see if maybe it'll settle and prime with a bit of time, but not optimistic.

By doing so you literally telling them they dont have to have a product that works, youll just deal with it. So why would they ever fix it if there are no consequences if they dont? I found the inner clamp untightens clockwise. I got this wrong undoing it but with the help of my son who didn't know which way clockwise was we succeeded. Also, putting the inner clamp back on, we just put the seal on first then slipped the clamp over the top. This video was the most helpful, but some other videos contributed to a successful operation too.

Where did you say you purchased this from?, as I would like to purchase such an item. I’m in Auckland NZ. I just had my flue cleaned by a so call professional a couple of weeks ago, lit my second fire of the year the other day, noticed the flue just below the ceiling line was turning red, I shut the fire down, crapped my self and was wondering how I could tell the wife I had burnt the house down. Lucky there was no damaged, I waited a day and cleaned my flue from the top down standing on the roof, with a standard flue brush from Mitre 10, plenty of soot came out of the flue, the brush was not that much good but did the job. With one of these items I would follow your lead do a second clean at the the mid winters point.

I'm unable to get mine to connect to the wifi network. After connecting my phone to the Washing machine's wifi and then entering my wifi details, I can't get the washing machine's wifi to become solid. My wifi's password is correct as I have disconnected and reconnected to it to confirm too. I guess I'll have to call customer service.
