I have been using this realme gt 2 pro for more than 1 year and nothing wrong happened with me. I updated my phone recently and nothing happened with my phone. It becomes faster, smother. But battery drain a little bit fast which is far better than previous updates.

My experience was very bad. My GT 2 pro got 2 green line after software update. The phone generally heats a lot and the day it got green line same heating happened and got the green line. Service centre told me to come next day as they had a lot of customer. On the next day they kept me waiting for 2 hours and then they said they won't replace it for free as it had one small not so noticable scratch because it fall out from my hand once. The scratch was so small that even I got to know about the scratch from them for the first time. The realme service centre is really pathetic. My suggestion to each and every one will be from now on to never buy a chinese phone except for Xiaomi. Each and every phone company owned by BBK Electronics (Oppo, Oneplus, Realme) has the same green line issue on their device. Even if they offer free replacement its on your own risk. There is no guarantee that the new display won't get another green line after a year or so.

Mera bhi Gt2 pro warranty me hai mene monday ke din device submit kiya tha magar Wednesday ko call aata hai ke parts available nahi hai karke aur vo muje rpass offer kar rahe the but mene mana kar diya but 1 week ho gaya already kal call kiya tha but vo bol rahe ki realme ki taraf se display dispatch nahi ho raha aur kaha ki 1 week aur ruko bolrahe mene already call kiya customer care ko unone complaint register karle vo bole ki hamara ek agent aapko 30 to 48 hours ke under call karega abhi wait karne ki alawa kuch aur nahi kar sakta
