@@ill3go was scrolling through comments on a trey jones vid then came across your song, same here sleep deprivation and major dissociation aswell as my nose and sinuses always feeling very blocked and inflammed. I always thought i was the only one especially when id tell people whats happening and they wouldnt believe me. I'm sorry bro I'm happy this helped you I made this song in hopes that someone else who felt what I felt could relate or be helped. I would feel like my arms and legs dissapeared. Like jelly almost. Sometimes when talking it feel like someone else's voice and I wouldn't know what I'm saying even though I'm carrying on a conversation I would be somewhere else. I get intense chills and my skin would have a delay if I touched it, it would take a moment before I could feel the sensation. To this day I can't touch the tops of my hands or I start an episode idk why it's a trigger. But I promise you will get through it and also focus on filling your stomache then chest when you breathe in and then empty chest followed by stomache. Most of us don't know how to breathe the right way. Look into breathing anxiety videos as well
