I downloaded the game and it is so much fun doing the 2v8. Not stressful and I enjoy helping my teammates off hooks bc I’m not very good with gens so I would focus that. But I just turned on the game to see it’s no longer available. 😭 ugh I played a normal match and I’m absolutely garbage. I can’t loop, I can’t do gens very well. I may just delete it until the event is back 😂 at least 2v8 I had a plan to help my fellow players off their hooks. Normal requires a lot more of me which I don’t think I have the skill to do.

Off the grid savior I used for tapp thanks and some killers tunneled me when I unhooked

This game reminds me so much of the SAW movies. Looks intense to play with the goggles and fun with a few friends. Gonna grab this game when i see it on sale for sure. Great video too 👍😄

Gen rush heavily depends if your team can loop the killer somewhat .

Moment of glory seems abysmal imo, but the other two seem good. Exultation would make dull keys amazing if you plan for a hatch build.

Camadrie is a W perk especially for solo q if a survivor takes forever to get you off of hook

I go in deep when I go gen rushes. Usually for solo I’ll go built to last, streetwise, hyperfocus, and deja vu. And for 4 mans I go same build but replace deja vu with prove thyself. We out here straight slaying gens.

Bond, Deja Vu, Kindred, Resilience was my go to build when I wasn't running Lore builds for each of my survivors.

I always run botany to heal myself & my team faster, sprint burst to get create distance, self care so I can heal myself after being unhooked if needed, and resurgence for a guaranteed full heal after being unhooked.

Autodidact, Solidarity, second wind, empathic connection. Works well to remove killer pressure mid-game. Overzealous, deja vu, inner strength. Speedier gens (16%-26%), 8 sec heal

I love and hate this mode. Don't get me wrong, I immensely enjoy it, even more than 1v4 but god damn this mode really brings out the morons. People not doing gens despite being a scout and looping a killer for 2-3 minutes. I dunno wtf they're doing. Or being a guide and having zero people come to help despite them being able to see me fix a gen or worse yet, run by and not help. Or how about when you have 3 people on a gen and then 2 of them fuck off for 2-3 minutes to unhook instead of spending the extra 20 seconds to finish and be out of there, of course now I'm the only one fixing the damn thing and a Wraith sneaks up on me and wrecks the gen and kills the other idiots too. Or people just crowding and sticking together and walking slowly like its a stupid horror game. The times where I get some smart players who stick with the guides and rush the gens, the killers simply have no chance. The game is finished within 8 minutes max. Now, when I realize when I'm grouped with idiots I just let the killers end me fast so I can just move on.

Dwight's Perks are so underrated, Deja Vu(find gens), bond(find teammate), Sprint burst(run to them), prove thyself(do gen)

I think the Eyes of Belmont is really the only viable one

For the catwoman build, swap out balanced landing for Lithe, and swap out light footed for Dance With Me. Now you silently fast vault into a speed boost and leave no scratch marks. Abracadabra, where the heck did you go

Too many of these require paid characters....that is the problem with all these builds that people suggest...its the problem with DBD paywalling everything which will always cause balance issues. The game will never be balanced as long as so much is locked behind paywalls.

But its not. Mode is fun but Other killers needed. Also its completely killer sided. Every game im in either has way too many people refusing to do gens or just absolute chaos. Every game has all 8 of us dying or atleast 6 or 7

Went through all these builds to check witch ones are still relevant after the last year of patches. ALL are still relevant and useful except a few minor changes. Build 3 & 5: Gigachad Build & Best Looping Build Made for this got a nerf so recommend swapping that perk out for something else. Build 7: The Trapper Build ALL the perks got buffed so way better. Build 11: Savior Build Buckle Up Changed & Not Amazing With FTP anymore Swap for Off The Record & Empathy or WGLF and build is still solid. Build 17: Meta Build 2 (Perks Changed) Just use D/S or OTR, Deja Vu Or Iron Will, Windows & Any Exhaustion Perk Build 18: Ultimate Unhhoker BABY SITTER/GUARDIAN BUFFED! EVEN BETTER!

i'm currently using weaving spiders, this is not happening, hyperfocus and iron Will. I also use a commodius toolbox w brand new part :p

Eyes of belmont is simple to pair stuff with, like fogwise, alert, object etc. Exultation id pair with stuff like plunderers, ace in the hole etc, That or perks like pharmacy, scavenger and residual manifest, as they give specific items you can then upgrade, additionally, the last 2 allow you to rummage, which lets you activate hardened (lara) or belmonts newest perk, moment of glory, off of 1 chest.

Eyes of Belmont, alert, hardened, and windows will be very nice

I'd run that with alert and scene partner just for fun.

This mode is everything but balanced, you said it yourself, is relaxing, but just for survivors. That means is equally non-relaxing for killers

I think they should leave this a mode in the game instead of it just being an event

Survivors are revealed by the killers when a gen pops and after a killer kicks a gen. I believe they have a limited number of gen kicks or total reveals over the whole game

I really don't like it and since bonus is only fixed in 2v 8 survivor it's been very demotivating to play the game rn

I love this mode. Being able to play with a large group of friends was so much fun. And swimming in Huntresses was great too.

I get left to hit second in a cage for no reason with 7 survivors in the trial. 7 survivors!!! We really need basekit Kindred.
