INCREDIBLE
I find it amazing that at 35:01, behind her stands, casually, a breathtaking work by Ilya Chashnik, a top student of Malevich. Mind blown!
Kasimir Malevich and his art moves me as does Mark Rothco's and for similar reasons. What a mystery it is that lines, circles, geometry can arouse such emotion! In this video, those who love and honor also touch my heart and artistic sensibilities. Urbanization is as senseless in Russia as in America. The ugliness of the site that held a beautiful oak tree the worst. What heart these people have who give their time, energy, love to keeping the memory of Malevich and his peers alive.
Do work. Show work. Less talk or no talk. For some reason the art era we are in is constantly asking artist about their process and ideas. This is counter productive to understanding what we do. It would serve everyone better to leave all that alone. Look at the art and see what it tells you. Artist can’t help you. The ones who think they can are self absorbed, egotistical idiots.
Wrm een tering Hollander
DIT IS ECHT ZO INTERESSANT!!!
Nahhhhh
Mooi man
Kazimir Malevich groeide in Oekraïne!
Thank you so much for sharing
I’m in love with him
Jammer geen geluid

those designers need to be sacked! Absolutely disgusting
Goat
10 years latter some of the Art students were told to go at war against Ukraine
ART EQUUM
So if you see them in a normal room they dominate. Are they anything beyond unusually big?
Most definitely the Carl Appel show How shortsighted to focus on one to the exclusion of so many gifted others. I particularly wish they highlighted the other painters as well. Pierre Alchinsky has such mastery over composition and color. I see Matisse, Kandinsky, Cezanne as well. We are spiritually conected. Artists and the rest of humanity.
Beautiful reconstruction, a work of art in itself!
Wonderful video about a one of modern Art history’s greatest artists.
Prachtig schilderij! Bedankt dame's voor jullie werk!
He was not a Russian artist. Born in Kyiv, Ukraine into a Polish family.
Leonardo da vinci did the other parts
Really great!
This sculpture is just a replica. Degas never meant for his sculpture to be cast in bronze. Greedy heirs.
beautiful Ibi
huh
Intéressant
C'est hyper bien. Non?
I think a better title for this video is "How we equal a collective artist movement to one painter and one painter only...." Truthfully I stopped watching after the third clip of Appel, at that point non of the other painters had been shown yet. When Eugène Brands gets an exhibition at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam in november 1949 he invites the other Cobra artists to join him for a large group exhibition. This is what created the influential Internationale Tentoonstelling van Experimentele Kunst. It was this mentality of collectiveniess that made CoBrA impactful. It was individual opportunisme that eventually led to the disbanding of the collective. It is exactly that opportunism that celebrated everytime the name CoBrA is mentioned and only Appel is portrayed. That public money was used to create this is a freaking shame!
This u call art.. 🤔😅🤬🔨
What is the language spoken here?
Dutch
Anybody know what that language is?

Nrc, links tyfuskrantje.
Jo, I am sorry I am late watching this, but I think you are awesome. A self made artist and visionary is always inspirational, and is so necessary in this rather sarcastic world... Thank you.
Echt briljant.
Great works!
A master. A great inspiration as an artist and as a human being.
severely underrated, his work needs to be labyrinthine video game
