Just did a 2017 Ducato today and i was just adding a spare key,i relearned original first then the new key,original didn't work afterwards but new key fine?? Tried again 2 or 3 times and original just isn't working?? I tried im508,it didnt make a dealer key which was unusual,my obdstar did that ok. Might try my Lonsdor to see if i have anymore luck.

Can this year not be done by obd on im508?so even 2014 is a grey area regarding having to take the kvm out?I had it in my head 2015-18 were the kvm out ones. I tried to program a keyless 2014 xf and it said key learn failed,just at the point the new key is in your hand to press unlock,someone said it might have been a glitch with the autel?As the Autel is usually good on jlr,it done a 2010 keyless xf fine with the older style keyless fob with chrome on both edges.

I knew it was important to delete dtc,s 'before' programming but wasn't aware of codes developing because of the key programming procedure! ;-)
