My favorite is rally games because they watch you blast through it and think its just that easy then total their car on turn one 💀

When you don't get that real life feedback it can feel impossible, but when you can actually do both they are pretty close, drifting on a sim is actually harder because you have less senses to work with, motion sims where the rear actually kicks out must make a huge difference.

you should look into modding it, there’s a really nice reversible mod for the sequential mode that makes it feel really nice and it’s easy to make if you have a 3D printer at home or a friend with one

Lower FOV helped me out with eye fatigue during longer stints, but that's just my 0.02$

I actually learned to drift on that map. Hours and hours of playing and I actually got pretty good at it. Drift PlayGround is a great beginner map

An 8nh wheelbase, steering wheel and csl pedals bundle for 380 pounds/500 dollars is pretty good I think. Dont think Moza can compete with that. Problem is they are now insolvent so a bit risky.

I always, and I mean always use the highest FOV possible, and if the game restricts me from seeing more, I console the game to what I want.

FOV calculation is like using garlic while cooking: there may be a recipe but it's still best to just measure with your heart.

I refuse to use a reasonable FOV until I have three monitors. Then I can truly unfold the CS:GO pro player stance with triple the amount of screen.

I added 2 more monitors (TV) to my sim rig.. I gotta fix the FOV.. but already i can feel the speed now.. with single monitor the speed sense wasn't there
