@@webslanger sadly no fix if you encounter this. As i wrote in pinned comment, this is because your device is too old or not compatible. You can try using fix in the pinned comment, but so far no one able to enter the game if they encounter this.

@@Cookie-pops lower graphics, other than that nothing for now. You can wait hoyo add extra option to lower graphics.

I'm sorry that this isn't work for you. But, even if its work, it doesn't guarantee you can play the game smoothly. Random crash or you can even stuck at checking system integrity (if your cpu only has 2 core as far as i know) and more such as low fps and stutter.

No, as i wrote in pinned comment. This isn't changing the file. Its just forcing the game to play with Directx12. It might not be stable because the game isn;t supposed to run with this like you will encounter crash at random interval.

Just go to your ZenlessZenZero.exe directory path. Then right click it - Create new short cut - Go to ZenlessZenZero.exe - Shortcut and right click it - properties - at "target", add -force-d3d12 after ....ZenlessZoneZero.exe"

please check pinned comment because in there i already explanation for this. If you did this and still not work, then there are several possible thing. 1. You're using 2 core cpu. Sadly even after doing this, some people can enter to login screen, but it will stuck at verifying resource integrity based on reddit thread on pinned comment. 2. Some people already asked hoyo if they gonna fix this. But, they just said that your device is too low. SAdly you can't do anything except Hoyo somehow have a way around this. Even if you're using this method and able to login to the game. Sadly, you will crash at fight battle or at random interval (Depend on your cpu model and gpu).

Tested with my laptop and it still work. Still crash at random interval. This also depend on your hardware. Such as, If you using 2 core cpu, sadly this video won't make you able to play the game because it will stuck at resource integrity 0%.

@@atlas7616 thats... Different problem from the video. This is for the game that already been installed. I don't know what you mean by you can't install and uninstall. Because if you can't install the game, then there's no way you can uninstall it because the game itself isn't installed on your pc. Maybe, you mean you cant open the game? If you open your launcher, then you can't uninstall the game. Hoyo launcher usually run at background and it can automatically open at start of windows (if the option is on). If you can't uninstall the game, then try restarting your pc and then uninstall it

@@CissXD here, to better explain what happened, let me kinda do a step by step of what happened that lead up to my current problem (not meant to sound condescending or rude, i apologize if that’s the case) so a day after ZZZ’s launch, i installed it and it added itself to the New Hoyoverse launcher. every time i opened the game it would load the brand and then crash, so i was naturally confused and looked up my problem to find this video. if im completely honest, im not sure what i did wrong but i think i may have deleted a different file than needed? but i’ll brush past that for now. the point is; im fairly sure i did something wrong. it ended up not fixing my problem, so i tried to uninstall it, which DID work. the first time. after i uninstalled it successfully, i attempted to reinstall it, and it took it’s 3 or so hours to get to the “Unzipping” phase, to which it would start the unzip, and then say “download failed!”. i was surprised and confused, and even restarted the unzip multiple times to try and see if it just was being weird because of my wifi (my area has been stormy recently and has had wifi issues), before giving up and trying to uninstall the in-progress installation that was just not working. however, it would give me a pop-up after clicking the “uninstall game” button from the three bars on the launcher beside the “get game/launch” button, and it gave me a pop up that said it could not uninstall itself for some reason to do with files(?). that has been the consistent pattern and i have no clue what i mightve done

@@atlas7616 Its okay, i don't find it rude since i'm not from english speaking country, i just find it normal. Back to topic, if i'm being honest, i never encounter this problem. So, sorry i don't have 'fixed' answer to this. But, from quick google search, i found thread from microsoft answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/i-cant-uninstall-a-game-from-my-laptop/f9750d48-2664-4696-a70d-b62d1d5b65e5 that probably has the same problem with your case. You can try using 3rd party uninstaller like from the link above, which in this case, he using "Revo uninstaller". I don't know how trusted that software since i don't use it, so you can try do a bit research about that reliability (since its on microsoft page, i think its trusted?). Last resort is you need to uninstall it when you're at safemode. Most of the time this should work. Because safemode only run the needed windows file without the 3rd party program. If it doesn't work then you can try delete the game manually.

Default windows explorer doesn't show extension type, so ".exe" won't show up. You can just find ZenlessZenZero and then check the file type. If its application then its .exe. You can add .exe manual in the end of ZenlessZenZero

Example, the default path usually "....\HoYoPlay\games\ZenlessZoneZero Game" then you can type "\ZenlessZoneZero.exe -force-d3d12" the "...." is depend on where you put the game directory. Mine is at F:\ Disk, so mine should look like F:\HoYoPlay\games\ZenlessZoneZero Game But, even after this and you can login. This doesn't guarantee that you can play the game. Like, if your cpu only has 2 core, you will stuck at checking integrity resource and you can't play the game or if you have older gpu, it will crash at battle or at random interval.

@@dogejoestar7736 first, elysian realm has buff and debuff. Each huff will benefit some characters. For example, current elysian realm really benefit with characters that has psy, fire and character from part 2. Each buff will last around 3 weeks before it changes to other buff again. You should chose the buff that benefit your best build character to make it easier. Second, each character has "ego signet". Some ego signet indicate how you play your character. For example, character from part 2 has "astral outburst" and "non-astral" playstyle in the ego signet. So, if you chose the non astral but you use astral ring, then you won't get the ego signet buff. 3rd, you need to know which signet to prioritize first. Is it gold which buff depend on your sp, or helix whcih is needed if your character using weapon a lot, etc. 4th, try to complete the story first. Story has something like buff chart that need to be upgraded and this also needed to unlock the other signet. 5th, play at shallow sequence first. At elysian realm, go to the right bottom corner and then chose shallow sequence. Shallow sequence will help you to chose one of the recommended playstyle and signet. This also can upgrade your character buff in this elysian realm. For buff selection and playstyle for all characters, you can check rentry.org/elysianrealm Also, the elysian realm will got a huge update next patch (iirc) which make it easier to chosing the buff and signet.

Sorry to hear that. People contacted support for this and sadly their answer is more or less the same "Your device isn't meet required minimum" or something like that. For now, there's no fix for this problem.
