woohoo! I've just finished playing the winter update and got all their new stuff in-game! To upgrade your tools and weapons to Damascus steel, you need Squid ink, Cotton and Damascus ore. Tips: Get Damascus ore fast by searching on top of the the non-fortress frozen islands. Cotton can be bought in the winter village island and, can be found in Mediterranean islands. The Squid is harder to find than the Tuna, but I found one pool of Squids near the shore of one of the fortress islands. UPGRADE YOUR PICK AXE first! Cause in the main boss dungeons, you'd be bombarded with cursed arrows that cant be put down, unless you upgrade your pick axe with Damascus ore. Pick the pick axe first! It took me 5-6 hours to finish the Winter Update! Well done team! and thank you for the game!! I LOVE IT!

I started playing like a week ago, bought the game, for some reason I cant upgrade the outposts. When I click on the upgrade button it turns grey and nothing happens. Not sure if it has to do with a recent patch or something else

I started a challenge and am writing a diary from Len's perspective. I wrote a little backstory for it. 'Lenard’s Diary (Len's Island) Darkness engulfed my land, shadows everywhere, monsters that destroyed everything and everyone. My family, all gone. I barely managed to get onto a boat. As I rowed like a madman, I watched my homeland get completely swallowed by the darkness. And when I say swallowed, I mean it literally. I'll never forget the screams of the tortured souls that perished with the mainland. Two days later The sea tossed me around in my boat, which was nothing more than a nutshell against the mighty forces of the salty waves, further into the unknown. I had no food or water, exhaustion drained my strength as I desperately tried to cling to the edge of the boat. The waves battered the wood. Every creak made me cry out a prayer to the heavens. “Please, please keep my boat safe. If there is a god, let me live.” Out of nowhere, a fog bank appeared, or did the storm drive me into it? I didn’t know. One thing consumed my thoughts: the fight for survival, against hunger, thirst, the pain of my body. My vision was already impaired, but the fog made it nearly impossible to see even my hand in front of my eyes. I was exhausted, weary, the world spinning and pulling me downward. “Is this what dying feels like?” I drifted into the darkness. Was it the same darkness that consumed my land? Birdsong? Warmth? A gentle breeze? I opened my eyes. My boat was damaged and sinking, but before fear could overtake me, I saw an island in the distance. The sinking boat wouldn't make it that far. As far as I could, I paddled with my arms - the oars were long lost. I fought against the pain. The boat sank faster than I could move, and as my legs were nearly knee-deep in water, I took a deep breath and leapt into the cold sea. I swam - God knows, I am neither a fast nor a good swimmer - but the will to survive drove me forward. Before my strength completely gave out, I reached the island’s sandbank. I could have kissed the ground in sheer joy. I had survived. But where am I?'

I just got this game and it definitely is a chill survival game as of righ now mind you I'm still figuring out most of the mechanics. However, I definitely enjoy the pace of it...Keep up the great work

Hey man, I rarely comment but I hope it helps a little getting your video recommended for more people! Seems like a hell of a journey you are on, good luck for the future. PS: it was the first video I saw of this, just from the impression I think a lot of your success is for being honest to your fan and follower-base, being honest about what are the difficulties and why certain things are going in a certain direction, keep that up and I think you will have a loyal and happy supporter base :)

Ive been playing Len's Island since it entered early access on Steam. I took a break and went back after all the patches. Sadly the questing system doesn't recognise the fact that Ive done the first dungeon (many many times) and recently, got the chest, got the item, killed the boss and got the "other item" at the end and still nothing. Weird.
