Steph: you have it all WRONG: how can a LASER operate on a positive charged and change it, IT DOES NOT! The surface NEEDS to be NEGATIVELY charged so the LASER (photons) upon collision with electrons in outer orbits it remove them form those atoms as light (photon induced emission) and so on.. please review your optics for you are doing a disfavor to your audience in explaining a phenomenon backwards.
How can the laser cause a positively charged drum to become negatively charged. If I remember correctly, the photoelectric effect causes a release of photoelectric that open positively charged gaps in a material. Should the drum not be initially negatively charged?
I think so, it seems like she got it backwards. First the primary charge roller applies a negative charge to the entire drum. Then the laser opens those positively charged gaps.
Very helpful ❤
thankus ;)
Tq very much 🥰❤️
thanks fort his simple and short
Very nice 👍👍👍👍
Thanks
Thanku so much
I could have sworn the drum was negatively charged...
it is

Bro you really need to study computer hard
It is not chemistry it's computer and it doesn't works like you are saying she's telling it right
@@Haniya-dz2zj Sir or madam , I am not your “bro”

Ty😅 curiosity brought me here
Mind-blowing and conceptual....... 😊
Thankyou
Very nice.🙏
i always come back to this video even tho its not detailed it really more than enough for me
video is great but the voice makes me sleepy
You got it all wrong, this is not how it works, the drum has a negative charge of -600VDC, the laser then reduce it to -100VDC
If the drum is negatively charged and the laser is positively charged, wont it make those areas neutralized??
Drum is positive laser negative and no negative will basically remove positive

hi
0:28 no it seems you saying it wrong
thank you!!!
This video is understandable because you explained it properly and not like other animation they explain not right information
thanks a lot . video is great .🖒🖒
thank u this is really helpful

It's a very well made animation, but I think some of the charge symbols are the wrong way round.
I thought so too
VERY GOOD ,iT IS YOUR HANDMAKING.
awesome*
awsome Video! ;D
this is amazing
how can the paper be nagativly charged and the points on the drum be negativly charged and they still attract each other?
The paper has a stronger negative charge than the points on the drum. The toner has a positive charge. (Watch again from 0:46)
@@stephng4857 please correct the video. it's wrong.
@@john-mi1ud it is wrong.
Thanks! This really helped me with my science project.
