First session of the weekend and I destroyed my Hero 7. The crash also took the GPS receiver and mount and two props with it. Bought a Hero 8 and a new GPS receiver. In true Bilbo Baggins style I set out to find somewhere new. Ended up flying a pack on Poulton golf course from the layby on the A585. Had to leave when the golfists started to show up. Then found a spot at Skippool Creek. Then it started raining. So like all true, brave adventurers I went home and had a coffee.

Are you happy with it ?I've been going back and forth if I want to invest in it .DJI is not an option for me ,I refuse to give them one red cent .
I've sold it and bought DJI. If you want digital and don't want to buy DJI is your only choice right now.

It's pretty much what I expected. Better than analogue but not as good as DJI. I don't regret buying it
@@TCFPV-jz5qm change the lens out to a caddx baby ratel g7 lens. You'll like the results.
hi, i have a couple questions. is the shark byte image from the goggles better than analog? because it is not easy to understand from a computer screen. and if it does how does it change the flying expirience? i mean do you see better the obstacles? do you enjoy more the flight? is it worth to switch or it doesn't give you enought of that positive reaction that dji gives to you to say that is at another level?
The main improvement is the lack of static. It doesn't give you the same difference as DJI, but it also doesn't have the same price
Thanks for This. You happy with it overall? I'm ready to jump from analog, can't stand DJI as a company and I want to love SharkByte so bad. Every time I think it's good enough, I'll see a video of someone flying behind a building and the penetration looks even worse than analog.
If you think of it as analogue plus, and not an equal to the DJI system its perfectly fine. I don't have to worry about penetration where I fly so haven't really had much experience with it.

Hi how to setup rpm filter for this esc. I use setup filter use Joshua bardwell but not working
After making sure the ESC have for the correct firmware, it was just a matter of turning it on in Betaflight

I think the change in camera angle is helping. Either that or three years practice is paying off!

My settings wont necessarily work for you. It depends on a lot of things like how good your props are, frame resonance frequency, type and kv of motor and loads of other things. My process is to make sure i use brand new props and then blackbox a couple of flights. Then i use blackbox explorer to work out where the vibrations are, then adjust my filters to take them out. i will need your help please. i have Matek F722 SE using rpm filtering and the quad is a little bit shaky while just cruising. can you perhaps send me your PIDs? i guess also that maybe the Dmin in my setup is too low, so i am thinking to increase that also. any help will be welcome!!! thank you
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Im running stock PIDs - the only thing Ive changed is to enable RPM filters and put my own rates in. If you can capture a blackbox log (with GYRO_SCALED turned on), there is an excellent Facebook group Ive used in the past who can give you some pointers on what to change. facebook.com/groups/291745494678694/ One thing I would check is the state of your props. Ive noticed that even if Im careful to not bang them up, after a while they seem to wear out and that has caused the kind of mid throttle oscillations you seem to behaving.

@@TCFPV-jz5qm you mean the measure about against virus? Well, here in Greece, we dont have any burst on the infections. For the moment the ratio is too low. But we close many shops and companies and we are staying at home. Not able to go out and fly.

Yes DShot300. I'm pretty sure I'm running 4k/4k loops.

Yes, I use 2.7k for the Cinepro and whenever I'm using a GoPro.
What did you use to stretch to 16:9?
To be honest I didn't do anything special, I edited in Premiere Pro and just exported at 2.7k 16:9.

swiftfoxX FPV I haven't seen any reports on the Facebook groups of 3.5 smoking motors.
I've always been a late adopter, so coming from BF3.2.2 was like night and day. Works great on the smaller 2 - 3 inch frames. Butter!
