@@inayaadmin9233 Finally got it open again and no damage. The way it's shown in the video is incorrect. You have to put a butter knife under the see through plastic strip(which has the perfectly lined grooves), but on the side of the white plastic where the little notch goes into the little hole that locks it in place. By sliding a knife on top of the clear plastic, nothing really happens.

Hi We deeply apologize as we do not have a detailed video on removing the adhesive without damaging the surface yet. It's in the works! In the meantime, here's some instructions on removal that I hope helps you, We recommend using these steps: 1. Heat the installation surface using a hair dryer for about 15 seconds, Pull the lock gently (or use a spoon for some extra leverage) 2. Re-apply heat if necessary 3. Use alcohol/detergent to remove any adhesive residue The key is to melt the glue off the adhesive before you remove for easiest removal. Let us know if you have any other questions. Hi Hannah! We suggest melting the glue with some heat like hairdryer for 15 seconds before using something thin like a butter knife to pry it off. Then rinse and repeat if needed!
