The seal floors are so funny because they are always flooded with monsters resistant to the weapon type the character game leaves you with has. A red seal is always gonna be flooded with turtle enemies resistant to sword damaga because, of course why not

I’ve played it many times. I love it, I just wish it was connected more with Dark Cloud, than just some random themes. ❤

i grinded out medals for 43hrs for the silly clown hat, and your telling me, THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN END GAME WEAPONS INSTEAD!?

Sat on my grandfathers knee when i was young and watched him play video games like this and World of Warcraft, he was a father figure to me throughout my life and he passed 8 months ago. i sometimes look at the ps2 cases for this series and get a really strong urge to smoke a j and play through the game, i think its his way of letting me know to chill the f out and enjoy the little things, lol.

There's an extra chapter though, with the boss/big bad of Dark Cloud at the end.

For as amazing as these games are 100%ing them was ungodly. I literaly maxed out the timers on my lld ps2 saves from it. Dark cloud 2 had so much to do..

First game I ever got on PS2. And goddamn, the soundtrack of this game is so lit. Then on top of that you have such a ridicolous amount of mini games and mechanics, from the building, golfing, future travel, weapon upgrades. They really poured their all into this

Quality game. Love the town building. Game is a gem. Quality game play, music, atmosphere, EVERYTHING. Loved doing the name change ticket stuff as a kid. Veniccio and heim Rada were my favorite towns to build as a kid. Love sindain as an adult but Veniccio is QUALITY still.

I bought dark cloud 2 bc i remember playing dark cloud a lot when i was a kid. When i found out there was a part 2 i got it but i didn't like how there's only 2 playable. I didn't know it was like this. I still have the copy in perfect condition but ill just emulate it

Dark Cloud 1 and 2 and Final Fantasy X were the main reasons i asked my parents for a PS2 when I was a kid. Will always love this game and it's predecessor.

I remember dumping so much time into this game. Great time. You missed out on the secret dungeon though. Its pain and suffering.

im kinda glad i decided to take up Pokemon Uranium this year, as i wanted to spend my summer before college just chilling and not being stressful which i have been as of late- safe to say, Uranium is super fun, and i can always forgive the bugs since the size and the effort in the game makes up for it, plus y'know, fanmade Pokemon games are most of the time, better in different ways than the mainlines

My whole family played this game when i was a child, came out shortly after i was born and i grew up on it. Started playing it when I was super young and it has always remained one of my favorite games of all time

I would cheese the metals by buying a single piece of clothing on several different save files. Then i would start a new game with clown max clothes and sexy leopard monica clothes. GOAT

It's still being updated and was never killed by Nintendo. The developers got scared it would and removed it themselves.

My family loved these games. My mom, who is game illiterate, loved this game and the sequel, and my sisters and I still play these sometimes on our ps3s.

first game I ever bought with my own money as a kid in middle school. It was/is awesome. Hopefully level 5 brings it back!

Best PS1 game ever

Out of hundreds, possibly thousands of games I've played. This game will always be my #1. The world, the music, the atmosphere. Absolute timeless. I try to play this game at least every year. It still never gets old.

One of the most random things to pop into my head at work was this game. Only played the demo over 20 years ago. Wish I could still feel nostalgia.
