The album cover is artwork from some European artist that had his painting on display. I doubt the cover is for that simply because the album doesn't revolve around her, but possibly a case for most of the songs. It was also picked for its uncanny appearance.
i like to think so yes. And the two guys in skull masks are death itself and the other one is the guy how killed her. But that is my guess.

For those who are interested in this story and are curious as to the current situation. Martin Heidgen's most recent appeal was declined in September of 2011 by the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division. However, he can still appeal to the state’s highest court - the Court of Appeals. Which so far he has not done.
I hope that bastard never sees the light of day!

@ErictheSickist95 I've opened for Jesse's solo shows a few times and I did get a chance to ask him about this song. It's about the death and what could have been the life of Katie Flynn.
@socc3rgrl I'm with you on this. I grew up in Kings Park, now live in Jamaica Queens. But every time I take the parkway to get to Long Beach in the summer I see the memorial for Katie. and it rips my heart out...
