During my College days as a Student at Xavier University of Louisiana from 1977-1980, My fiancée And I would take walking tours through the Garden District in the City of New Orleans Louisiana and would be in Awe of the Architecture of these Beautiful Historical homes such as the one you have featured in this Video. These Homes sat in the Midst of Gated lots that was beautiful landscaped Gardens in such lush Tropical vegetation and beautiful live Oak tree line Streets. I will never forget that experience. Thankyou for the video.

Very sterile, cold, impersonal place. Can't imagine living here; the waiting room of "homes." So many ugly built-ins that already look dated (that long, hard bench thing adjacent to the ugly gas fireplace-like thing, for instance.) Resale in 10 years?
