Do I need to do anything after replacing it? My fluid looks good and I pumped on my brakes a while. Do I need to do anything else?

This video and his other one re: Shark Cordless really should not have been made. If you're doing this battery replacement of the XB780N battery simply remove the Phillips-head screw from the battery compartment on the bottom of the vacuum, use a thin bladed flat-head screw driver wedged in between the cover and the vacuum (no need to push in more than ~1/4"), pry the battery cover edge UP by carefully moving the handle of the screwdriver TOWARD THE BOTTOM of the vacuum cleaner (it's not a very good design, but the cover will 'pop' off without breaking unless you're careless! There are small tabs on the SIDES of the cover on the end you have to pry). Inside the battery compartment there's a plastic retainer 'cradle' that you need to slide to one side (just look closely - it can only slide one way!) to expose the battery. Simply look for the red and black connectors, carefully unplug them, and pay attention when you're ordering a replacement (just about every Li-type bttery comes from China and many are very high quality replacement parts!) Peace
