People use to remember the Froome era as one of control, tedious and excessive defense, but really, during 2013 and 2015 edition he was maybe the kmost aggressive yellow jersey of the ipast decade Any ramps or finish was an apportunity to attack, to take not needed victories, to distance already smashed oppenent and just trying for the sake of great racing. Unecessary moves, even backfiring sometimes SKY was controled and conservative, Froome was the opposite and had to be ''tamed''

Actually the relation is more : 'Pros pushing more watts cause them to pedal at higher cadence" than "Higher cadence drives more watts''

Anybody who has ridden a mid drive ebike should know Froome is using one. You can even see him turn the motor on at 1:37 using a switch on his right brake lever.

Funnily enough, the applause at the end are part of the orchestra sound i put on the footages. I didn't noticed them at first, only when reading the full video already uploaded. I almost found them cringe at first, but after second guess quite funny and appropriate (from a hazard thing) so I let them x)
