    2 c oatmeal, 1 c honey/or agave, 1 tablespoon,1 1/2 scoop protein powder (I use @legion 30% off sale now link in bio Code: Alex J ), melted lillys chocolate, and melted peanut butter, topped with the baking chips. Steps -Oats, agave/maple, protein powder, peanut butter, mix....pat down and layer with dark chocolate, peanut butter, and chips on top!     Ingredients: 4 fish fillets (about 150 grams each) 4 hamburger buns 4 slices of cheese (about 28 grams each) Tartar sauce (about 60 grams) Lettuce (optional) Flour (about 60 grams) Bread crumbs (about 120 grams) Egg wash (1 egg beaten with a splash of milk, about 50 grams) Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Coat each fish fillet lightly in flour (about 15 grams), shaking off any excess.     Protein rice crispy treats: 3 scoops protein powder( I use the Dymatize Cookies and Cream From Amazon Link in bio :)) 3 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup chocolate chips (to hide protein powder flavor) 5.5 cups mini marshmallows 6 cups crispy cereal Oil spray Steps: Low heat melt butter, milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips add marshmallows, melt completely Remove from heat add protein powder Stir until well mixed Add rice crispy cereal Stir until completely mixed Spray an 8x8 pan or 9x13
