2 c oatmeal, 1 c honey/or agave, 1 tablespoon,1 1/2 scoop protein powder (I use @legion 30% off sale now link in bio Code: Alex J ), melted lillys chocolate, and melted peanut butter, topped with the baking chips. Steps -Oats, agave/maple, protein powder, peanut butter, mix....pat down and layer with dark chocolate, peanut butter, and chips on top! Feel free to adjust measurements to fit your own tastebuds, macro and calorie goals!!

I just made your In & Out burger tonight (with some added ingredients to the actual meat itself) and everyone LOVED IT. It was so good. They loved it. A girl half my weight wolfed down two burgers. So I'll definitely be making this recipe this weekend.

Ingredients: 4 fish fillets (about 150 grams each) 4 hamburger buns 4 slices of cheese (about 28 grams each) Tartar sauce (about 60 grams) Lettuce (optional) Flour (about 60 grams) Bread crumbs (about 120 grams) Egg wash (1 egg beaten with a splash of milk, about 50 grams) Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Coat each fish fillet lightly in flour (about 15 grams), shaking off any excess. Dip each floured fish fillet in the egg wash, then coat them in bread crumbs (about 30 grams). Place the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and cooked through. While the fish is cooking, toast the hamburger buns. Spread tartar sauce (about 15 grams) on the bottom half of each bun. Place a slice of cheese (about 28 grams) on top of the tartar sauce. Place a cooked fish fillet on top of the cheese. hey man i watch hella cooking content and i can tell you an easy way to boost your numbers is to add a segment of you eating them at the start as youre talking about what the recipe is then giving a more detailed cooking vid, people wanna see the process and see reactions to the food youre making with a smile or some shit and it provides an audience with a face to connect to which will make your content resonate. i think you can do super well man give my advice a shot

Depends on time of year and weather. Dry hot summers, any live fire in nature is forbidden in my country. Including BBQ, and if risk is elevated, you're not even allowed to BBQ in your garden.
