I actually did an awesome D&D scene for my players using this album. We had Dishonored-ish "victorian" setting, I've taken this, Funerary Dirge of the Violinist and These Fields Are Lurking, and combined that into horroresque sequence, my players loved it

Yes, it's not orthodox BM. But damn guys afe creative. It so imagery-heavy you could make a movie script of it. And the emotion it brings

Yeah, wouldn't be a bad song but the drums dont match the video and if we could see the guitars too im sure they wont match either, dont wven want todinish listening to thos song let slone the rest of the album, just another worthless band trying to ride off on some gimmick. Even the voice is mind numbing, just make the noise stop please

Never to this day have I found a more perfect metal band. They write good lyrics. They’re ability to structure songs and bring emotion to them through their instruments is god damn perfect. Not only that but the music actually propels the stories they tell. Seregor’s vocals are probably my favorite in extreme metal, right behind Glen Benton’s. This band could not be more perfect
