Why Division? | Disalienation of Pan-Africanism & Socialism | Afro-Pessimism
zhlédnutí 91Před rokem
In this video, I am giving my critique of Afro-pessimism. I was hoping for this to be straightforward and quick; however, I did spend a little more time than planned on background on particular ideas and deviations in philosophy and social theory, as well as on the analysis of Afro-pessimism itself. Regardless, I'm going to put the chapters below, so if you want to skip over the intro or to a p...

Bourgeois socialism. Part 3. I react to more videos from the THIS IS REVOLUTION podcast including interviews with Adolph Reed, Toure Reed, Cedric Johnson, Preston Smith, etc. I'm not going to include a link and description for all of the videos as several are used. This should be the last video in this part of the series. Afro-pessimism will likely be next. Video Content 0:00 - Intro 8:33 - Fir...

Bourgeois socialism. Part 2. This is just a reaction video to White Supremacy vs. Capitalism | The Mau Mau Hour with Pascal Robert on THIS IS REVOLUTION podcast. I'm trying to get through the nuance and counter-points to the position. I'm trying to add as much context as possible while showing the inherent weaknesses in framing the issue from that particular ideological perspective. I will cont...

This will be the first where I get into a particular ideology. We start with bourgeois socialism. In this video, I will review how I define socialism by looking at the Communist Manifesto as a source for review. I will then discuss how capital utilizes bourgeois socialism as a tool for self-perpetuation. I move on to review alienation, building on what was discussed in the previous video. Lastl...

In this video the following related contradictions will be discussed: *In the video there were a couple of errors that I forgot to fix from the original list document. I type very sloppily, and a lot of time spelling checks on certain document software will not care for the sentence but only the word. Such as where it says 'dominate' instead of 'dominant' society - small error as it works eithe...

In this video key concepts and theory will be discussed. Going back to Hegel, up through Marx, Du Bois, and Fanon, I discuss alienation, capital, racism/white supremacy, double consciousness, revolutionary potential, and many more ideas vital to the understanding, development, and framing of pan-African and socialist theory. This series will critically discuss the various pan-African and social...

Then, I should be able to analyze the various ideologies, focusing on individual representatives who ...

That point at the end about the single egregious call for 1 team (to distract from rigging for the other team the rest of the game) is used a lot! I noticed it in the MN vs Denver series in 2024 this week. Refs gave an egregious no-call when KAT charged early on, commentators made a huge deal about it, etc... then this distracts from the fact the rest of the game was clearly rigged to help Denver.

Tomica ain't kill E; but she definitely provided the last nail in his proverbial coffin. She took advantage of the vulnerability of a dying man who was clearly incapacitated and unable to make sound decisions on his own behalf. Where the hell were his true friends, mother, day ones--any damn body to a certain degree to intercede in his behalf. Fuck the ruthless/ Death Row beef-- no one had the financial ability to produce and promote but E. How the FUCK y'all let him go out sad like that and he was the money behind the dream?! He risked his own capital to produce a sound that had never been done before; that took vision and faith and discernment and they left him to die alone. Common sense and half a soul should have told his former friends he needed his brothers around him in the end, they should have known he would be a sitting duck to his Baby mother's and execs. IDC how many lyrics cube and dre wrote nobody had the capital to do a damn thing but E. It's awful. That's some coooold, bone chilling, and savagely bold actions to take against another human being. Eric survived the predatory actions of Jerry Heller only to be robbed of his life's work by his own baby mother. Life is a cruel unforgiving master.

I want to share something about Pac , for me it was a pretty profound experience. I had a this dream or something about Pac back in 2008, before this I wasn't really what you would call a fan of Tupac , really only new a few songs and of course seen a couple of movies he was in . I really didnt know a whole lot about him then. And the night of this dream or what ever it was, I wasnt even thinkimg about Tupac or anything that would have caused me even have a dream like this. That night I went I dreamed that I had died ane I woke up in some sort of after life , lost , confused, and scared , Then all of the sudden Pac shows up infront of me like he just appered . He motioned to me that I follow him , As I followed Pac I remeber having this feeling in the dream that he was tryimg to help me escape this place. Then he kept pushing me to keep going and shouting at me in that awesome voice of his a to not give up ,to find a way out. This after life was like some kind of labrynth with many obstacles to overcome. Then finely we made it he had done it he found me a way out. but he himself coulddnt go with me. I do remeber in the dream crying over this, I didnt want to leave him after he helped (Man I am getting crazy goose bumbs now) Any way i believe I was like having some sort of "spiritual awakening" through this dream. Oh another thing After the dream I started to experience a synchronicity with the number 13, it began showing up everywhere for me, so much that i started to notice. And come to find out he passed away on the 13 of september . I know that this all can just be a coincidence and it could have just been a normal dream. But what I do know is at the time of the dream I was in a very dark place in my life and i dont think I would have servived it. What I expieranced did helped to bring me out of it. I wanted to get to know this man that i had this experience with. I feel conected to him . Now i am really into his music his art and who he is as a person. I have done alot of studying on tupac. And I belive the world didnt desserve him or his mind. He was a "warrior prophet' and a gifted poet, he Couuld paint a picture with words like no other. .. and I believe an Angel well at least mine. I have a lot of questions about that night. That I know i wont. Have answerews to, but I think about what happend every day. .. Love you pac..

The garbage materialism was not what Pac was meant for... he fell right into the fascist system because of the promoting bling BS and just the Status quo.. that people only matter if they have wealth... they ruined Pac before he was killed..

I think mike klien killed that dude (easy) to take ruthless records away from jerry, steal the masters and get away to Canada with what he could 33:00 im lost.. ok sure they were trying to get dre off of ruthless but what? Is the point how jimmy stole Easy & Dre music formula using Suge and sending duge to jail while dre & jimmy get rich 34:35 so what ice cube?? He was fine.. movies, music 49:00 idk man Iran-Contra connected to Rap music.. Its far fetched bro.. the FBI was actually trying to bust the murderers as you can see now with Keefe D but maybe they didn't investigate when in led to high powered media ppl back in the 90s...
