I have a bunch of tickets in collections that I can't pay I live on social security and pretty much all my money goes towards bills and groceries when I got the tickets I was living in my car was homeless and the money went towards surviving threw the rough times now I want to get my driver's license back but these tickets been in collections for a long time not sure what to even do cause I know it's in possible to pay them off they only thing I would be doing would be paying each months interest on them in collections not even getting ahead of nothing

depending on circumstances 30 is excessive speed bordering on reckless .that said if its just a moving violation with no other reason and the tag is or should be caught on dash cam of police car NO COP should be allowed to chase ober 30 mph over limit . its as dangerous for cops as citizens that fast and to have video of tag . there video of ar state troopers chasing motor violation only driving 150 mph in a 45 2 lane highway and full access a cop car hits someone at 150 the motorist and or cop are dead , not to mention government does very poor job maintaining cars equipment and buildings so a worn out suspension or brake problem again at high speed is death not to mention so cops like to pit at dangerous speeds even when they pick the wron car
