Green Remodeling in Lake Norman
Penguin screened in porch solarium 10 x 12
This is a Penguin screened in porch 10 x 12. It comes flat packed and takes about a day or two to put together with two people depending on your skill level, it is not difficult. This is the slate gray version; they also have a tan version as well. It bolts to the concrete or a deck. You do not have to attach it to the house, but I would advise it. This is perfect if you live in one of these new homes from Ryan, Rylan, DR Horton or any of these other home builders that are just throwing the house up with no shade in the back yard. They also make a solarium that is not attached to the house, but you will need a solid surface to put them on. Both are all weather rooms for year-round enjoyment.

This bathroom has it all. Led lights everywhere including the toe kick, niches in the shower, lighted mirrors and the shower tower has them too. Everything in this bathroom is new and modern. The walk-in shower is awesome and big.

This is an amazing addition we put on the back of a house. It is screened in with a maintenance free aluminum screened in system by Westberry. It has a HDTV, fans, a stamped concrete pad, exposed barnwood beams and siding to match the existing siding. The staging with the new furniture that the homeowners bought looks amazing as well.

Beautiful 🤩 I studied Vertebrae Zoology long time ago. Not sure 🤔 Be careful they have electric barbels but normally darker or black for Atlantic Midshipmen Fish and the beads normally little larger more like buttons in strait line so it looks mixed normally they mimic a military uniform lined with gold buttons that shoot out strong electrical power

Really did a nice job. I am about to tile 12" white porcelain tile on hardie board. Yep on sale at Home Depot. $5.00 for a box of 15. I have a very large kitchen and my remodel is on a budget. Do you recommend mastic or thinset.

Love you deck construction, but I'm confused on the four 6x6 pergola posts. In previouse comments, you have said they go through the deck, into the ground and are cemented in. Another response you said they go through the deck and rest on concrete footings. Still another you said, they rest on braces you built under the deck. In the video, I can see no pergola posts under the deck to the ground. How do you attach them to the deck?
I have two of these doors to install. Is it really necessary to remove the casing at the top of the door to accommodate the mounting board or can it be cut out around the casing to retain a more finished look?
You can cut around the casing. Most of the casing is not as thick as the 1x you have to install so there is the issue with that.

Josh how's this deck looking now? My brother inlaw did his with the Behr version and it seems to be fine 4 year after.
The Behr product holds up. The restore did not.
