It is now official. As 12:01 a.m. on Halloween, the Dark Shadows Fans Unite You Tube channel has launched.
For the first 10 videos, I have included a variety. Two videos show actual scenes from Dark Shadows: My Top 10 Dark Shadows Scariest Moments and Dark Shadows Seances: Volume 1.
In the video interviews from the MPI DVDs, I found that a common theme for actors and for production staff was to tell stories about the cast members and give impressions of them.
Why Did It Work? is a particular favorite of mine.
In Their Own Words: Costumes and Make-Up and Set and Special Effects include interviews that really give you a feel for behind the scenes and all of the work that was involved in bringing us these 30 minute episodes, 5 days.

DS Return To 1968 - V-10 Roger Is Losing Control
Vicki finds Roger looking at the portrait. He turns to Vicki and tells her that he is Joshua Collins. Vicki tries to bring Roger back to the present and succeeds when she holds a telephone in front of him. Later, Vicki see Roger leaving the house with the portrait.

Vicki is looking for proof that she had been a part of the Collins history in 1795. Vicki and Julia go to the secret room in the Mausoleum and find Jeff Clark there.

Viewers have commented on the Meet Professor Stokes videos (#4 and #5) which had a section that had to be cut. There was a lot happening in these episodes with Barnabas trying to burn the portrait and all is leading up to the car accident. Enjoy the entire Stokes interaction from the knock on the door to Barnabas and Stokes saying goodbye.

Roger continues to behave strangely, taking a headpiece that belongs to Dr. Lang. Roger twists it and Dr. Lang becomes very ill, in pain and unable to see clearly. Later, Dr. Long notices that Vicki no longer has bite marks on her neck.

Barnabas awakens at the hospital and screams when Dr. Lang opens the blinds during daylight hours. He discovers that the light no longer hurts him. Later, Roger is under a spell as he looks at the portrait. He thinks that he is Joshua Collins and that Elizabeth is Naomi Collins.

Barnabas convinces Vicki to run away with him to be married. While Vicki drives around a curve, she sees a man who looks like Peter Bradford and swerves to miss him, causing a car crash. We meet Dr. Peter Lang, who is caring for Vicki and for Barnabas at the Collinsport Hospital.

Fan favorite actor Thayer David returns playing Professor Timothy Stokes. The professor, who is a descendent of Ben Stokes, tries to convince Vicki to sell the portrait of the woman to him. Julia sees the bite marks on Vicki's neck and tells Barnabas to leave Vicki alone!

While shopping with Elizabeth, Vicki buys a portrait of a woman that looks very familiar to Vicki. Barnabas recognizes the subject of the portrait is Angelique and tries to destroy it. Roger becomes possessed by the woman in the portrait.
