Man I'm having the hardest time figuring out how to connect my VSS on my 99 impreza with a 03 WRX 5 speed transmission. It has the 3 wire green, brown and white wires but I can't figure out what wires it plugs into the TCM.

I’m actually trying to do the same thing! I was just trying to figure out how to ventilate the fumes since I’m a bit closer to neighbors. I was going to put filters behind the box fans blowing out and definitely put filters before the vents pulling air in to prevent dust. Did you find a filter that works well for a decent price?
